  • BTW, this wasn’t just to shut down “patriot” groups. It was to make EACH of us wonder before we posted anything online. Admit it. You have hesitated over reposting or liking some articles, haven’t you? Mission accomplished.

  • We should ask potential presidential candidates to fill out a similar form. Or provide a birth certificate. Or state that they aren’t communists. Oh, well. Probably not important. What could go wrong?

  • Liars often perspire under pressure.

  • A death associated with a hoax; an off duty police officer shooting the “actor”, some patron with a weak heart having a heart attack, people stampeding and trampling a child to death; all would have left the owners of the theater liable for some massive law suits. Whoever thought this up should be fired. Stupid after the Batman murders. Trying to say it was just entertainment is equally stupid. Had any logical person been there with a concealed carry, they should have taken the guy out. Pretending to be an armed robber with a plastic gun is still illegal. I would expect some lawsuits on this just for stress.

  • So Geraldo, are your sources back issues of The Blaze? Because everyone here read and heard Glenn Beck say that within the first 48 hours after the attack.

  • My daughter teaches my grandsons that their daddy, who is in the Air Force, is a hero. One grandpa was in the AF. The other got a Purple Heart for his service in the Army. Their uncle is a detective in Denver. Two other uncles are firemen. All the great grandfathers were in the Army, Navy, and Marines, as were the great uncles,
I am 64. My generation played with cap pistols and watched Roy Rogers and John Wayne save the day. We grew up with heroes. Today’s heroes.
Where are the future military and police going to come from? At home we teach our children that their fathers and grandfathers are heros. Then they go to school where they teach that guns make people do evil things. Then they watch movies and play video games where blood and gore and killing are constant.
Stupid. Sick. And it ignores all the facts about the idiocy of gun control.

  • In San Antonio, TX, my 5 year old grandson was given an “unhappy face” sticker from his teacher to give to his parents. The reason? He pointed his scissors at someone and said “Peww, peww”. Gun phobia is actively being pounded into our kids with NO respect for their parents wishes.
It is especially troubling in this case.
His father is in the Air Force. One grandfather was in the Air Force, the other was in the Army and received a Purple Heart. His Uncle is a Denver police officer. His cousins have family members in law enforcement and in the military. His step-grandfather has COPD after years as a firefighter.
My daughter teaches her sons that these men are heroes. The school teaches that guns are scary and bad (an important tool for most of these men), don’t even talk about them. How is a child supposed to balance these stories?
Where do these people think the next generation of police and military will come from? From the violent gamers and gangs who are totally pro-gun? This is simply insane.

  • No! The people in Colorado are not “so liberal…”. The people in DENVER and in the ski resort towns are mostly from California. They ruined that state and came here to ruin ours (the John Denver crowd).
Those of us who live outside of Denver are NOT liberal! We are just like Illinois farmers and the people who live in small towns and the countryside in most of the blue states. The big cities have so much voter fraud and so many recipients of government handouts and so many liberal colleges that they overwhelm states that would otherwise vote with some common sense.
And dear fellow Native Americans: That billboard doesn’t say that we were stupid to turn over our guns. It says that the government lies and steals and uses force to get it’s way. We were some of the first victims and it is tragic to see it happen to the entire country.

  • “Because this ‘notion’ of children belonging to their parents needs to change”..
    MSNBC
    Melissa Harris Perry

  • Because, Ellison, our borders are unprotected and there are people like this coming across with the stated goal of killing us:

You know nothing of the Japanese internment if you think this is the same. Those people were housed behind barbed wire in horse stalls. Look at the picture of the bomber in his bling, with his cell phone, and welfare funded clothing. You, sir, are a moron.
