Suicide by cop. One of my worst nightmares from my time on the job.
"Truth to a Liberal is as Salt to a Slug"
video would not play for me but i only see 1 idiot with the stars and bars..........where are all the confederate flags they mentioned..................I would have shot him also-if he did what they said............ammo up
Me too Sapper. Sounds like suicide by cop. Glad they had body cams and hope they were recording. Dumblivesdonotmatter if they are trying to kill themselves.
I have a feeling the police are telling the truth in this case, but I’m going to withhold judgement until they release the bodycam videos.
An unarmed man was shot and killed, and there is video. Release it so that riots don’t occur. If the public sees the police did nothing wrong then no riots. If the police did do something wrong then release the video to assure the public evidence exists and the police will be held accountable, which will help prevent riots. Withholding the video just makes it look like you are hiding something. If an unarmed man is shot and killed then release the g*d d*mned video.
idiots are idiots whether they are black or white idiots. Some were, "even standing in the middle of the road, blocking traffic." Speed bumps are speed bumps whether they are black or white speed bumps. Just thinning the herd.
I guess you dont have what it takes to just throw down do you.... what the hell ever happened to that part of life, fear always seems to make it ok to kill someone now, welcome to the new world, be sure and warn your kids not to make anyone afraid. How can people be so short minded of the taking of life, Cops have body armor, Taser, Pepper Spray, PR24's, back up just a min or 2 away, and yet somehow they cant seem to find the balls to just fight it out LIKE THEY USE TOO... 20, 30, 40 and more years ago this crap would have NEVER flown in America... Sapper? lol... ok
When are people going to learn... Do as you're told by the police, and you won't be harmed. But if you resist, be prepared for the consequences.
The government is a reflection of who we are as a whole. We elect these people and with the degradation of morality in this nation we have leaders who are immoral just as the people who elect them. Until God is returned to the proper place in our hearts the leadership of this nation will not change. It is an issue of all our hearts, and we must look and see what our intents and motives are and ask God to change them to His ways.
When I was a young man, I was taught by my mother and my elders to respect and obey authority. And there is an excellent reason to do so: the police are there to protect us, and are putting their lives on the line to do so. The crux of this story is not that the officers shot the teenager; that should surprise no one. The police certainly do not have to perish because of some rebellious teenager who refuses to respect their authority. But the main point of this story is that this teenager clearly made it known that he did not wish to live any longer, which is a disheartening and sad state of affairs. And most likely, his parents were absolute failures as teachers, and allowed their son to be inundated by the filth and lawlessness of this world through the agencies of Hollywood, TV, radio and the Internet, which eventually led to despair, unhappiness and a desire for death. Those who chose to rebel against the law and those in authority, for whatever reason, should expect the consequences to be potentially horrid and violent.
What? No riot?

The Supreme Court is really demonstrating their oath to the people today ! Had enough, yet ???
Seems to me that Chris Christie would have been a much bigger target for this product!
The article doesn't specifically say, but I take it McDonnell did these promotions and took the compensation while he was the governor? That's a no-no.
Yep, had enough!
While it has probably existed for longer than I would like to believe. It is now obvious that we now have to follow the money with respect to the Supreme Court. Truly a sad day. This guy should have been hung in the public square.
Justice in the US depends solely on how much you can spend on a superior attorney.....he hired a great one.....Who gives this kind of money to a politician and expects NOTHING in return....may this man have an early heart attack.
Sounds like they established a precedent that can be used to protect Shillary, Slick Willy, Obummer, Pelousy, etal
I had enough a long time ago and am just waiting for someone to tell me where to meet up for the One Million Armed Man March on DC.
Funny that the blaze didnt feel the need to let readers know this guy has a big R in front of his name. But, who is really surprised at ANOTHER republican being let off the hook for corruption. it was just "routine courtesies".
McDonnell should never have been prosecuted. The evidence supporting prosecution was very weak.
When the judges and other leaders of a nation become corrupt, then righteousness will die and justice will come to an end, and the very foundation of a nation (lawfulness) will crumble and sink until it is completely obliterated.
“For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right. Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time.” (Amos 5:12-13)
“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.” (Proverbs 14:34)
Well, I guess some people are willing to judge before they even know for sure what happened. Sapper, please enlighten us with your view on the opinion and why it was so bad. I certainly could not discern that from this article, but I have not read the Court's opinion, like I am sure you did before rendering your opinion.

The ruling never excluded military, I have witnessed at least 7 Summary Courts martial on active duty for spouse abuse in which the soldier was given an immediate general discharge upon conviction.
Sapper: General discharge but they could still own a gun. That's my point about the ruling. Get it?
Sapp: You have no response because you're totally outclassed by education, experience, and the true value of military service. I don't know what you were before but you're faded like an old tin type, time worn and irrelevant today. Live with that. Cheers!

They are going to write/invent laws that will send the Constitution into oblivion !
“hail to the whatever !” … Saul Alynsky playbook activated by the Supreme Court !
As Jefferson warned, the supreme Court is out of control. Madison v Marbury must be overturned by the people's House.
Everyone must learn about jury nullification.
"In Marbury v. Madison (1803) the Supreme Court announced for the first time the principle that a court may declare an act of Congress void if it is inconsistent with the Constitution. William Marbury had been appointed a justice of the peace for the District of Columbia in the final hours of the Adams administration."
its not like they havent broadcast their intent. They found the loop hole that destroys democracy and the republic. maybe they will eventually show their full plans, it will be ugly as the country that always bailed out the nonwhite world in trouble will be calling for help., none will come ,, there will be equal poverty for the 99% , ironically thanks to the subhuman obamunists calling for the 1%'S TO PAY FOR THEIR MESS
They are going to write/invent laws that will send the Constitution into oblivion !

Time to abort SCOTUS?
Lets expand that to the 1st amendment. If a journalist attacks using false claims, his first amendment rights to free speech and a job as a journalist should be suspended.
Sorry, but you just can't shoot your spouse, quickly, in the heat of an argument, please take your time and stab them to death instead.
My Second Amendment rights were given to me to protect me from a corrupt government -- so I will be damned if a corrupt government should be able to take away my rights to protect myself from a corrupt government.
Does anyone else see the logic in that - - other than Hillary Clinton?
What was the vote on this case, incomplete Blaze reporting?
Sapper would love to be able say i have had enough t of your question. But seems to fit way to many stories in the news today
Does it really matter? As if a SCOTUS ruling will keep these people from being able to access a gun. Conservatives just want something to be able to moan about.
A misdemeanor will result in a lifetime ban from bearing arms, but on the same day the court rules that Texas can’t can’t require an abortion clinic to have a surgical center requirement because it infringes on a woman’s right to abortion.
One right is actually guaranteed by the Constitution and the other is not. I feel like I’m living in a George Orwell novel.
How is it the black robes can self identify as "liberal" or "conservative"? How about just understanding the law?
No not really there needs to be more done to prevent mentally ill or violent anti-social individuals from obtaining guns legally. The tighter we make the legal ownership of guns the better. 100% background checks on any and all transfers of guns and 100% local gun registration. When the police are arriving at a home they should be aware of any and all guns that the owner might have in their possession. All constitutional rights come with boundaries, including free speech and without a doubt the second amendment.
"Lets expand that to the 1st amendment. If a journalist attacks using false claims" Actually Ohio had a state law that protected political candidates from false claims made in political ads, particularly from PACs and other groups trying to buy or steal elections. But when the Susan B. Anthony Foundation was directed to remove a blatantly false and fraudulent ad, riddled with lies they used the First Amendment to reverse the decision. You see this great organization pointed out that the First Amendment doesn't require the speech to be true. What a great organization this must be, no doubt run by individuals of the lowest integrity and ethics possible.
Funny that joni didn't feel a need to show the results of a one sided vote. But that of course might have limited the bait click results.
What are you gonna do about it, internet tough guy?
Some of us had enough a long time ago.
But if you think simply voting is going to fix anything, you are sorely mistaken.
If the government can choose who can and cannot have a gun and what kind of gun they can or cannot have, then the citizens do not control the government, the government controls the citizens. What part of SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED is confusing?
A part of the U.S. code which you may be familiar with:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security
The way the law is written any conviction that is classified as domestic assault or against anyone living in your home is grounds for losing a second amendment right forever... E.g. a pair of young college roommates where one has been helping himself to the other's beer in the fridge; whereupon the other shouts: "You do that again and I'll kick your a$$!"
After the police are called by a neighbor and the one is cited for disorderly conduct. The subsequent conviction for that misdemeanor is enough to bar the one FOREVER from owning a firearm.
Read the federal code... it is enlightening and demonstrates the Proglodyte agenda perfectly.

Oh, where, oh, where have all the “W.A.S.P.” gone ?? Had enough, yet ???
Had enough long ago, but how do you get sheep to see the wolves.
Corruption – you must mean the Benghazi committee. Never have so many spent so long doing so little, and spent so much money to find out absolutely nothing and yet they are still here spending our tax dollars. All they do is complain, absolutely impotent, empty-handed, but wow do they know how to take time and spend our tax dollars. What a legacy!
...the illusion of Government by the People...
Budget and Cost
Committee 2015 Yearly Expenditures
Select Committee on Benghazi $3,721,871.99
Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence $3,708,056.39
Committee on Veterans’ Affairs $3,053,722.40
Committee on Ethics $2,864,060.04
Yep, we spent more on this investigation in 2015 than we spent on Veteran Affairs, on Intelligence, and on Ethics. And that’s just 2015. Add on nearly $2M for part of 2014 plus the $3M+ for 2016.
Now, that’s corruption. Very effective
“For nearly a year and a half, the State Department has withheld documents and information about Benghazi and Libya from the American people’s elected representatives in Congress,”
So what’cha gonna do about it? Yeah, we already know, NOTHING! but bleat.
Cut their funding. That's the only thing they care about.
So what happens when Hillary gets elected? All of this evidence becomes Top Secret and forgotten?
The "bogus, non existent privileges" aka Obama and Clinton.
 June 27, 2016 at 9:54am
Hey HELLary ! Was that part of the Benghazi gun deal ???
on drudge now a callback when obutthead announced a plan to have un police force to squash extremeists in america.
we also now know the left doesnt connect islam and terror/extremism, but they endlessly brand americans reacting to terrorism as extremists, patriots are extremeists, tea party extremeist, trump is extremesst...
come on people, its coming if we dont stop it, progrewssives always announce their intentions, you just cant recognize it till its too late.
You have that right, and, since the UN has had monitors at points across the USA during past elections, I fully expect Obama to ask for even more to be present to 'ensure no irregularities with the election of Hillary as president occurs..."
I knew a couple democrats on another site who talked a lot about the UN. When the UN sent some peacekeepers to some African country they both posted "Well now the UN can set up it's standard food for sex with children program"
