    Dear Ted Cruz: Don’t apologize! You have a right to free speech. Say what you think and let it be.

    Bye

    @Jinxe: I just love Joan Rivers too. Gosh, I would hate to lose her. It’s strange, I know she is 81 and it’s going to happen sooner or later, but for some reason, to lose Joan Rivers is like losing Bob Hope. He was nearly 100 when he passed but it was such a sad thing. Anyways.. praying for Joan Rivers.

    Love Joan Rivers. I hope all turns out well for her!

    @iguardian: That might explain why Christians have so many children.. because they aren’t having sex… do you see how ridiculous your post sounds? lol

  • August 28, 2014 at 1:40pm

    Maybe the Christians simply told the truth when asked about it, and the non-Christians didn’t…? Just a thought.. (wondering out loud, so to speak.) not saying it’s a fact.

    This poor woman. I can’t even imagine.. don’t even want to think, if that were my son. I pray that her plea will work. Sadly, the reality is, they are heartless as heartless evil can be. :(

    Stop with the apologizing! Geez!

    I could spend hours looking at beautiful photography. Some people really have a talent, an “eye” for things. My photos are more like: “Everybody say Cheeeeese” so I admire anyone who can take a beautiful photograph.
    The “Time Sliced” style isn’t to my own taste, but I went to his website and he does other photos that are extraordinary. You have to respect the talent!

    My Mom kept an old trunk in her garage filled with clothes and other cool stuff. As kids, we’d dig through and find some great Halloween costumes. Something about a trunk like this, brings out the nostalgia. Beautiful craftsmanship Matt!

    Death shall not destroy my comfort,
    Christ shall guide me thro’ the gloom;
    Down he’ll send some heav’nly convoy,
    to escort my spirit home.
    Jordan’s stream shall not o’erflow me
    While my Savior’s by my side;
    Caanan, Caanan lies before me!
    Soon I’ll cross the swelling tide.
    Oh! Hallelujah! How I love my Savior!
    Oh! Hallelujah! That I do.
    Oh! Hallelujah! How I love my Savior!
    Mourners, you may love him too!
    See the happy spirits waiting,
    On the banks beyond the stream!
    Sweet responses still repeating;
    Jesus! Jesus! Is their theme.
    ~Sung by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir~
    Not sure who wrote it, but it is beautiful nonetheless.

    No, but you do a fine job of being a jerk.

    My heart goes out to the families of these outstanding youth. I can’t imagine the sense of loss they feel, and pray the spirit of peace and comfort will be with them at this time. :(

    Dear Blaze: Please don’t block @ChristAlive’s post. I want it to stand. So all can see what this mortal person, who calls himself ChristAlive… has to say. Because he, of course, is the one person who can judge who is going to heaven and who is going to hell. Thanks ChristAlive! We’d never know the answer to this question, if not for you!

    @Sarge: You are exactly right about that! The Day of the Ozzfest it was like 300 degrees outside and we couldn’t bring our own water in, but yeh, we had to pay outrageous prices for a cup of water, and the drinking fountains (of course) had only warm water. It was a nightmare of a day. Even getting money from the ATM cost a 9 dollar fee!! Ozzie finally did his show but it was night time by then and we were grumpy, dehydrated and over it. Never again. Never, Never again. It was years ago but geez, what a rip off the whole thing was. We “learnt” our lesson that day. haha!! :)

  • [4] August 23, 2014 at 5:16pm

    Exactly! Sad but true Rob.

  • [2] August 23, 2014 at 4:56pm

    I went to the Ozzfest one year and a “pregnant” girl walked right past the security like that. We couldn’t even bring a sealed gallon of WATER into the outdoor concert, but this chick waltzed through with her pregnant looking belly and once inside, out came the booze for her boyfriend and herself. So, what you are saying is totally credible, as far as I can see!
