The Blaze needs to get their facts straight on this one. There is a YouTube video of a news report that disputes this story. The women actually beat up her husband and she didn’t fire a warning shot but shot at her husband.

And you can’t learn common sense.

Two things really bother me about this monument. First, a group from New Jersey paid for it. Let locals decide what they want in their free space. Second, the list of punishments from the Old Testament are intended to be anti-Christian. Notice they didn’t post any punishments from the Koran. Chickens.
Agreed. Let the LOCAL community decide what will be put on public property.
They are the ones who will be seeing it---or not.

You may think you have nothing to hide, but what if those in charge decide that what you’re doing is criminal?

This kid had a lot of courage! Good for him.

This woman is amazing and I’m so happy that she found her dog!

Wow. A NJ democrat who is a crook – what a surprise!

I’m a small business owner in NJ. Here are some facts, which you seem to be lacking, regarding payroll costs. This is what I pay in taxes BEFORE healthcare. Note that I’ve never had an unemployment claim or a workers comp claim. In looking at healthcare for my employees, a basic medical plan would cost $480 a month per employee. WITHOUT THE FACTS, YOU’RE JUST ANOTHER GIRL WITH AN OPINION.
Employer FICA Rate – 6.20%
Employer Medicare – 1.45%
State Unemployment – 3.28%
Federal Unemployment -0.90%
Workers Comp Insurance – 11.38%
Total Payroll Cost – 23.21%

Whatever. I live in NJ. The guy is still a wretched senator and a crook.

She truly believes this – does anyone else find that amazing?
Not really. An educated person from some piss-ant country has a chance to knock the USA down a peg or two. Why not take it?
Hon, in the Coney Island area are many high rise apartment building 10 blocks away from the beach,
Never in the history of a hurricane in NYC has SEA WATER flooded those building lobbies.
Have boats in docks been floated and left on TOP of other boats.
Have hundreds of home in the Rockaways and on Staten Island been condemned and scheduled for demolition.
So you keep spouting the party line, like creationism rather than deal with the real worls.
The Figueres woman has to earn her keep somehow.
CHARLES116! Do you honestly believe that in the four and one half billion years that scientists claim the earth's age to be, that there has never been a storm like this? NYC has existed for a nano second in comparison. It is quite probable that storms of this magnitude and greater have occurred thousands of times if not more. In the grand scheme of things, we are specs of dust with absolutely no control or influence on these storms. And you can't prove me wrong!!!!!
DORA-CHUCK, There is an old saying and as simple as it is, it is so true. Just consider this during your very short life on the face of this planet.
"Change is the only constant."
In the billions of past years, for only a century
has MAN BEEN BURNING FOSSIL FUELS.
It's very little different that the large asteroid that hit earth
and covered the planet in ash and soot long enough ti kill of most
We are doing the same thing - just more slowly.
Your god can't help you now.
DORA-CHUCK, So, for some other reason, all change must cease? Especially since the scientific community that has declared itself to be Al Gore select calls carbon dioxide the be all end all greenhouse gas. That has apparently been around for a while too. Oh yeah, dang I almost forgot, CH4. Those cow, all the way back to giant dinosaur farts. Hmmm, something else that has been around for a while too. Then since the beginning of man kind there have been all of those other wood and variety of other oil type fires for various reasons. I also suppose that none of our volcanoes ever burned off any fossil fuels either? I suppose that if you are truly that concerned, you might consider steps that will end you carbon footprint.

This just makes me ill.

Romney is a class act. Not something we can say about Obama. Those Americans who put themselves first over the good of their country and are happy to take free handouts have made their choice. It takes integrity and a certain moral authority to vote for the person who will take you down the hard road. The one that is needed to get us back on the right track. The road to recovery. It’s much easier to grab what you want now, make no personal sacrifices, delay no gratification, and push the burden onto the next generation. That’s what we’ve done.
November 7, 2012 at 12:02pm
Dora – you’re an idiot. Go post on sites where other idiots share your views. We have more ill-informed people in this country than many of us feared. No one who knew or cared about the facts could have voted for Obama unless they just want to be taken care of by the government. We are in serious trouble. And to the other idiot who thinks the middle class will be better of under Obama – good luck. You obviously just listen to the MSM.

Who else finds this funny?? He is an atheist or Muslim at best. No person of faith will believe this.
