  For all of you right wingers getting their tin foil hats in a bunch over whether or not he was read his Miranda rights, if there is reasonable suspicion that another attack is imminent Miranda rights can be suspended for a short time.   Yes they do have a right to limit your firearms. That’s why you can’t legally own a gatling gun or rocket launcher.
