  The real story here in NY is You can see my license plate during the day,and if your behind me at night YOUR headlights are on and can still see my plate.This is a pull over ticket,Look for prob cause then violate our 4 amendment rights.It’s a total money grab.And only CORUPT cops use that tatic.
