It looks like it was shot with horrible lighting in a hotel lobby.

Exactly. You don’t pick fights with women, to be sure. You can however defend yourself from them. I get so angry when a woman hits a man and then complains because she was hit back! If you pick a fight it doesn’t matter what color/gender you are, people have a right to defend themselves. I think in this instance the guy was creeping on the woman but who can really know from a minute long video?

Sorry, I’m not a Romney supporter. I guess I’m just not conservative enough for you since I stated what I thought Rush was saying. Am I right? I don’t care. I think you should maybe calm down a little.

You mean the sane people are paying attention to his obvious mastery of championing that which is most politically popular and expedient at the time? Unfortunately for him, there are people who have been paying attention to him all along, as the front page of Drudge has been proving for the past few days.

Defense? As I was listening to it he was saying that he was shocked and disappointed that Newt would say the things he did. He ended his broadcast today saying that Newt was going to talk about “conservative Newt” tonight, basically saying that he will be debating himself about positions “conservative Newt” and “other Newt” have held over the course of time.

Nearly any person, regardless of strength, should be able to rack the slide on most any gun if done properly. This means not pinching with the thumb and the side of your index finger, but taking your support side hand and grabbing with your palm on one side, and all of your fingertips on the other side of the slide. Your grip strength is far better and more secure. My wife can rack the slide on my Glock 32 and it has a stiff recoil spring in it. Granted she likes, and feels more comfortable carrying, her SIG .380.

He cries foul anytime he receives a question he doesn’t want to answer. It’s seriously getting old.

Of course when his other video of him successfully flying down was posted you were probably one of the people saying how amazing it was and how it shows the awesome determination and audacity of the human spirit. He crashes however and you call him stupid. How dare he go outside of his house and take some risks to live an exciting life.

Either they were told to be there by force or they have some sort of grandiose case of Stockholm Syndrome amongst the people.

@COFEMALE The reason other countries hate us is because we won’t allow them to have free reign to to whatever they want when they want” Do you hear yourself? You just agreed with what I said. @ PAPERPUSHERMJ,What are your credentials? I may not have a military history degree nor am I an officer in the military, but I devote a large part of my life to the study of the military and its tactics as well as the geopolitical contexts in which they are confined. I’m sorry I don’t have my life story posted so you can judge my opinion.

It is also absurd for it to be said that Ron Paul would do nothing in the way of defense. He was the first (and only as far as I know) in congress to write up letters of Marque and Reprisal against Osama Bin Laden which would have allowed us to go get him constitutionally and legally. Instead we have gone to war for a decade and counting. His ideas on the defense of the nation are taken straight from the constitution which sadly constrains your beloved viewpoints on the topic. It saddens me that some of the viewpoints regarding many “conservatives”‘ point of view on the topic of the War on Terror (ridiculous description of our actions) would, if seen to their ends, basically declare war on an entire demographic of people. Which, translated into layman’s terms, is genocide. That many fail to see this, or worse embrace it, makes me ill.

All of you haters only see the short clips of Ron Paul with no context behind them and go off the handle. And then you would defend Bachmann when she is repeatedly lying about Iran and how we should pre-emptively strike them blah blah blah blah blah… You guys are for small government except on foreign policy. You all spit on the founders and the constitution when you support candidates whose sole purpose it seems, is to beat the old war drums. Interstate Industrial wars are not viable strategies anymore anyways. Wars are now fought for the favor pf the people and that can’t be done through bombing the people we are trying to win over. Removing sanctions and actually trading with them would be great strides. Even if they never respect us, they wouldn’t attack us because they would be affecting their own economic prosperity because of their new found ability to trade with us and other nations. Go ahead now and say how I am naive and they hate us because we’re free and everything else that your capital R handbook says to say.

My family hunts and has done so for years and I am inclined to agree with you. I have never gone bear hunting over bait and never will. I believe that you should be able to use camouflage and stealth in order to catch/kill your prey, not set out a Big Mac…

@ smoovius Blacks have in every was that Americans have been involved in since the Revolutionary War. However the conditions in which they served are another story entirely.

I do think he is an honest person. But whether by congress’ hand or his, our federal budget was annihilated under his administration. Some of the most irresponsible policies in our nation’s history were enacted and the deficit went to levels here-to-for unseen. I do believe he is not an evil person, just someone who really helped further many progressive ideals under the guise of “compassionate conservatism”. Unknown to me is whether he just didn’t read the legislation passing before him, or he really did think that he was doing the right things. Either way is does take a lot of guts to talk about the things that happened from his point of view. Especially to a complete jerk like Matt Lauer.

Yeah I don’t think that at least Stewart is as liberal as most here think. He seems to make fun of everyone pretty equally and I think especially lately he is realizing that even though his show operates as a comedy program that he his taken seriously in some aspects because he is usually talking about very serious subjects.

How does he in clean conscience relate a heartwarming story that has received worldwide coverage, and make it into a negative spin about Republicans and the Tea Party. If that s**t was on his teleprompter then it is far worse in the media than I thought it was. I don’t trust them as it is but this is beyond rifdiculous. It’s not ethical to use this story to cast a negative light on any party/person/organization.

  • October 10, 2010 at 12:23pm

    Ha ha! That is good…

  • October 10, 2010 at 12:22pm

Exactly. It would be different if we found out he was showing up to clan meetings or Aryan Brotherhood meetings.

I don’t think Comedy Central fans have enough energy to go to something like this. Maybe if there was free Mountain Dew and Halo merchandise…
