While he should not attempt to use his rank or the Army’s name as a platform to stand upon. I also, think that he is not wrong to speak out about things he believes are wrong. It is because, of passive go along to get along attitudes that our rights are slowly being eroded.

Good thing you are not a lawyer. He did not say he was out hunting which would have as you said been illegal but as defense from dangerous animals.

Some lawyer should take his case pro bono and then sue the state for violating the owners 1st Amendment. As well as challenge the legality of the Oregon law forbiding descrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. Two birds one stone.

I am against it. It is big, expensive, has reliability issues with certain types of ammo.

If the marines want a real go to war gun that has a proven track record and minimal issues they should look no further than the Glock 21.

It plane and simple. This is not about robbing women of some alleged right. At the very least the problem with what the professor did was that the act was extremely unprofessional. That is it. I know as a college student I am not paying good money to watch my professor breastfead I am there to learn and an infant much less a sick one does not belong in the class room. If it is that big of a deal to the professor then maybe she needs to re-evaluate her priorites and find a different career like stay at home mom.
