I might be mistaken, but I think at least one of the major carriers used the post office to deliver to a residence over the holidays. I do know I had to pick one package up at the post office because I wasn’t home at time of delivery. Fact is, I was home.

If you had a disc that was treated, and skimmed it across a pond, would it sink? A phobia is a fear of something, and hydro means water, so the treated metal is afraid of water?

First two sentences “Thats simply not true about the inheritance unless they are inheriting billions. If you look at this plan the increase is from 23.5 to 28, this isnt the first time capital gains has been set at this rate.”
The problem with inheritance tax is the beneficiary has to pay the tax in cash at FMV (fair market value) of inherited property. If you inherit a business or a farm worth a million, you would have to fork over $400,000 or whatever the rate. If you don’t have the cash, you have to sell, most likely at less than FMV. Taxes have already been paid on it any way.

    KingofP
Define progress. Progress towards what end? Dingy Harry didn’t table numerous bills at his desk? Oh, I get it, he is actually king, and can never, ever be wrong. Never run a business or corporation, but knows exactly how it should be done. Right.

Check your facts. The richest already pay the biggest portion of the total tax levies.

Capital gains rates are NOT the same as inheritance tax rates. Check your facts and get a little knowledge.

Caught an amazing liberal statement on msnbc yesterday. Jan Schkowsky (D): “We all do better when we all do better.” Guess that sure couldn’t be a lie, but just nonsense. Just amazing insight!

I,m confused! An increase in newborns is bad for the economy. But, an increase of illegal immigrants is supposed to be good for the economy. WTF!

And BHO with ACORN did a Sharpton shakedown on banks, they would cry racism if loans were denied to people that could not afford them.

PCL still pays a hefty dividend of over 4%. Can’t get that at a bank.

Yup, single isolated incidences are always indicative of deep rooted societal problems of great national import. Got it. (sarc)
