  So, had only ONE armed, law abiding resident refused entry after telling authorities all was well inside their house and was subsequently shot and probably killed by police while defending his property/privacy, would these intrusive searches still have been justified to capture the real perp? I wonder what may have happened had these searches taken place in less docile locations such as say, Fort Worth, El Paso, Lubbock, Cheyenne, Laramie,……well you get the picture?

  Isn’t it interesting that the AP story makes sure to point out the political party of the any pseudo-republicans in this story but ignores the party affiliation of the the remainder of those arrested. FYI – I looked it up – they are all democrats!

  Agreed! And what the F’s business is it of anyone else! GheeZ! You can’t even write an obituary without people shooting off their mouth and offering their opinion. The most important line in this report is: “The world’s greatest mom!” by her son, who frankly would comment from a completely different perspective.

  Mr “Leaky”, It seems to me that you should be reminded that perhaps you have been there TOO long! A primer on the Constitution that you have sworn to uphold is a good thing from time to time. Especially when you are trying to take rights away from law abiding citizens in order to punish law breakers who don’t respect the laws in the first place.

A man is murdered, another man dead from suicide, a widowed wife and fatherless child, and an abused ex-wife, yet so many police experts and psychologists commenting on this site!
