  Uhm…What did he do wrong? Every person who lives in a snow state knows that either you move your car before they plow, or spend three hours digging it out after. If this is because he got a kick out of it then every person who has ever plowed snow should be fired.

  An individual should have the legal right to defend the “near air” air space, immediately above their private property. Therefore it should be legal to knock snooper drones out of the sky if they violate your personal air space, and you can do so without creating a threat to other people. I propose low altitude anti-drone missile systems. They could operate using model rockets parts with a non lethal payload such as a small net that would entangle propeller blades and cause the drones to crash.
