  • It saddens me that my former pastor, Monsignor Bob, has signed onto this letter. I am sure he feels he is doing the right thing but perhaps does not know the full extent of the Progressive movement that we at The Blaze are all too familiar with. I hope I can talk some sense into him one day. Maybe I should go to Mass at St. Rose sometime (he was the pastor at my church in Shelton, CT when I was growing up but was reassigned to Newtown in the late 90s).

  • One major problem with the headline: Jon Hunstman is NOT a conservative. He’s a moderate/RINO. He’s one of those “No Labels” guys. I never understood why Will Cain liked him so much.

  • So I seem some liberal idiot is claiming Obama only added less than $1 trillion to the debt while Bush added $5 trillion. It’s true that Bush added $5 trillion in 8 years. But Obama added SIX trillion in FOUR YEARS! If Obama added less than $1 trillion, the national debt would only be $11 trillion. It’s over $16 trillion. Nice try, but we’re not idiots at TheBlaze.

  • Too bad the kid’s father is an absolute Soros-funded dirtbag.

  • The majority of people here are not full of hate. Why don’t you take your divisiveness to the Huffington Post where it belongs?

  • Hey TheBlaze and Glenn Beck, I urge you to drop Cheaper Than Dirt as a sponsor if they are so willing to cave like this. As Glenn said, the era of the Sunshine Patriot is over. If they will not stand for our rights when it is unpopular, they don’t deserve our business.

  • You’re an idiot. And I’ll bet those militant atheist jerks would have no problem with a mosque. They never seem to go after Muslims, because they’re an official “protected minority group”. They only go after Christians. Atheists and Muslims are the least tolerant people I’ve ever seen.

  • OK, probably a mistake for the headline writer to put “and she deserved it” in the original title if that was in the original title. However, in my opinion she deserved it. Remember what Glenn Beck said, with rights come responsibilities. You have the right to free speech, but the responsibility not to say hateful things.

She didn’t break any laws, and she shouldn’t be thrown in jail. However, many employers state in their Code of Conduct that your behavior outside of work reflects on the company. So if an employer sees one of their employees publicly using the n-word and hoping the president gets assassinated… as much as I despise Obama and hope his term ends in resignation or impeachment (God help us if he is assassinated, because that will trigger instant violence and chaos EVERYWHERE)… I totally agree with her employer holding her to their Code of Conduct. As long as the government didn’t force them to do so, that is, but I am fairly certain they did not. I would expect the same thing if say Allen West was president and some crazy leftists said the same exact thing.

  • In defense of Chris Christie

I still like Chris Christie to a degree, but I think he screwed up big time. The combination of yelling at Fox for asking if Romney would tour the damage with him, PLUS kissing Obama’s **** and inviting him to tour the damage when even Mayor Doomberg, Gov. Cuomo, or the SEIU-backed tax-raising governor of my crappy state of CT didn’t even invite him… plus he’s always been sort of a liberal Republican who likes the publicity. Mark Levin has been on Christie’s case for sometime, and it looks like he is being proven right.

I’m with Pat Gray on this one. Chris Christie is a fat bastard. I think LJ needs to get to work on a t-shirt for that…

  • I definitely think that’s *one* of the reasons. I think it was a combination of people wanting free stuff, Democrat fraud/busing people in, idiot voters who were swayed by the stupid hurricane, and people who stayed home because Romney wasn’t conservative or libertarian enough. I don’t think Obama even got 50% of the vote in Ohio, so it’s possible third party candidates may have given some states to Obama. Some of the Ron Paul people are gloating right now, “See, this is what you get for not allowing Ron Paul’s delegates to be seated!” I hope they realize they are going to be screwed just like the rest of us! Romney wasn’t perfect, but Obama could possibly destroy what’s left of the U.S.
