There is no doubt that NSA found some type of dirt of Justice Roberts.
There is also no doubt that NSA found dirt on David Petraeus and used that info to force him int resigning as Director of the CIA following the Benghazi attack.

The NSA has all our records, our affiliations, and our political leanings.

    As you can see Verceofreason,
The very purpose of the Constitution along with the division of powers is designed to protect us from an overreaching government. Unfortunatly, the Amendments to the Constitution have been under assault since they were ratified by congress—-The Republican party and the Democrat party is both responsible the erosion of the original intent of the Constitution. My opinion is that the only political party that supports the Constitution is the Libertarian Party. Unfortunately, the powers-that-be are in control, and the good-ol’-boy network in DC is intact…… and we the people are divided………

My opinion is that the average citizen has much more in common than not—–we all love our families and just want to be left alone to pursue our own happiness (whatever it is). Bottom line is that THERE IS NO UTOPIA, there is only the never-ending struggle for freedom; and without the struggle, we will surely become subjects of the state—-it is the natural progression for freedom to erode as government grows…………

Your examples are valid, but do not tell the whole story. The debate of more vs. less government was central to our founding fathers decision to divide the 3 branches of government into coequal entities. The argument was also central to the “numerated” powers given to the federal government—–look at the 10 Amendments; the common theme is to protect the people from an overreaching government.
1st Amendment: Protects speech and religious freedoms (protected from an overreaching government).
2nd Amendment: Gives the people recourse if the government becomes oppressive and unresponsive.
3rd Amendment protects us from being forced to house military members in our houses…
4th Amendment: Protects us from the government searching our property/house without warrant.
5th Amendment: Sets out rules for indictment by grand jury and eminent domain, protects the right to due process, and prohibits self-incrimination and double jeopardy—again, protected from government.
6th Amendment: Right to speedy public trial, the right to counsel.
7th Amendment: right to trial by jury of piers (not a trial judged by government officials).
8th Amendment: The right to bail, protection from excessive fines, and protection from cruel and unusual punishment.
9th Amendment: Protects rights not enumerated in the constitution.
10th Amendment: Limits the powers of the federal government to those delegated to it by the Constitution. This is the catch-all designed to limit the federal govern

    His E-O ignores LAW!!!!!

We cannot have our elected leaders giving orders to for some laws to be ignored! ! ! !
If the law is bad, or needs to be changed—then it NEEDS to go through the process to be changed.

President Obama is RULING rather than LEADING.———-We (the People) are NOT his subjects……………………….

    SIGUY62—

If this was JU!ST passed by congress this year, HOW can the project be so wide-spread in just a few months?

Looks to me like this program has been in motion and well-funded for a while——-

Is this part of President Obama’s plan?

    QUOTE:
“We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

    -Barack Obama (July 2008)

Think about that: Just as well funded as the US military? The military budget is, what, $600 billion a year?!—-These drones may be just the tip of the iceberg…………..

    QUOTE:

“Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.”

    MAJASDAD—-

I don’t care you believe I am a Nurse or not—-I don’t need you to believe I am.—forgive me if my typing is not the best—- My post calls into question whether it makes sense that a man falls over dead from (Heart Failure). Not a heart attack and not dysrhythmia. Heart Failure is common –especially here in the USA with obesity and our sedentary lifestyles—-typically CHF results in Edema and respiratory distress—usually it takes years for heart failure to take its toll. But Acute Heart Failure is not a common event in a man as young as Breitbart. As for my concern about his untimely death; it just seems too convenient for him to die the night after he announces that he has video of Obama and that his intentions are to vet out Obama over the next 9 months.

As for the tone of your post, I just feel sorry for you and your logically skewed leanings. So you determine that because I spelled DISEASE incorrectly that I am either a liar—or a “Bad Nurse”——-I bet If I was a left-leaning enlightened progressive, and typed a word incorrectly, you would have overlooked the typo.

I tend to lean toward the Libertarian platform that stresses a limited Federal Government that functions within the framework of the US Constitution. President Obama and his administration have done nothing but to expand the role and reach of government. Bush did it too, but not at the pace we see now.

    TXPILOT—-

It’s “funny” you bring up Andrew. I am not a Doctor; but I am a Nurse with 13 years on a cardiac/med-surg floor. My experience with patients that have “Heart Failure”—or CHF Congestive Heart Failure is that this is a progressive desiese that typically takes its toll over a long period of time. What Andrew Breitbart supposedly died of is Acute Heart Failure. While not impossible, it seems very strange that a man healthy enough walk the streets without any problems will suddendly fall-over dead.

Acute heart failure is considered to be an emergency and requires immediate medical attention. It occurs when something abruptly impairs your heart’s capacity to function. The symptoms of acute heart failure are similar to CHF but are more severe and can flare up without warning.—-My question is, ” WHAT was that SOMETHING that abruptly impaired Andrews’ heart’s capacity to function”?

Andrew Breitbart was a Fearless Lion in the battle against a growing tyranical government; I just wish he was a bit more carefull…………………..

    QUOTE:

Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms [of government] those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.

I have spent close to 2 years in Bahrain while serving in the US Navy (before I retired early this year) over the past several years. Bahrain is one of the more liberal countries in the Middle East. Alcohol can be found, and if you know where to look you can find a good meal that may include pork. Of all the places in the Middle East (along with UAE), Bahrain is one of the more hospitable to visit. That being said, the majority of Bahrain’s citizenry are ****** Muslim while the ruling class (the Monarchy) are Sunni Muslim. The tensions have been there forever, and as long as the ruling party remains, so will the tensions. Iran has been a thorn in the Monarchy’s side—especially more recently. My opinion is that as Iran extends its influence in the region, we will see an unstabilizing effect. Saudi Arabia is concerned and is trying to assist Bahrain’s ruling party in maintaining its grip on power. I wouldn’t be surprised if President Obama found a way to pull our forces out of Bahrain using the instability in bahrain as an excuse—thus hurting our standing in the region.

    Well said JAYMS——-

it is obvious that our post-racial-President is anything BUT post-racial. Glenn has been way out ahead of the rest of the media when it comes to the tactics being employed by the radical left. They WANT pandemonium and chaos!!! Just read saul alinsky’s, “Rules For Radicals” and it is obvious the direction this slow-moving-train is headed; the speeed we are traveling however, is gaining momentum as the end-game is within grasp. our system is becoming overwhelmed to the point austerity measures will be required—–I recomend that the boy scout in all of us become better prepared for what seems inevitable.

    1 John 4:2-3

“Here is how you can know the Spirit of God. Every spirit that believes that Jesus Christ has come in the body of a man is from God. And every spirit that does not say this about Jesus, does not belong to God. That is the spirit of the one who is against Christ. You have heard that he is coming. And now he is already in the world.”

    Bernbart—-
1– You are correct that NO president has “direct” influence on gas-prices—-Tell that to the folks that blamed Bush for the spikes under his watch…….

2–Oil production may be at an all-time-high—but that is because of the increases in oil derived from Private-Lands—–Public-land production is way down from previous highs…….

3–Government Subsidies of oil should be STOPPED along with ALL other subsidies—including so-called Green-energy………
(FYI US oil companies taxed at the highest rate of all Fortune-500 industries)

4–Your beloved Democrat Party have been Just as corrupt as the Republican—if not more……….Both D’s and R’s serve the party first and foremost—not the people—That is why President George Washington would have no part of Party-Politics…………You need to pour the Kool Aid down the drain and think for yourself……………

Agree 100%———-The religion is not compatable with our values and way of life. Europe is in the cultural-fight of its life——Spain, France, Germany, and England are quickly morphing into 3rd-world nations where the language and customs are disappearing. Muslims are reproducing at an accelerated rate while the indigenous people have a reproductive-rate that doesn’t even replace the dying. Soon those “democracies” will have a muslim population big enough to beginthe transition toward Sharia Law.

This is not a war in the traditional sense, it is a slow war of attrition, and we are losing the battle.
