  Keaton if a man 21 had sex with a minor without knowing the minor’s age, he would still be legally guilty of statutory rape. Knowing the other’s age is irrelevant. But in this case, the issue is not that she didn’t know her age, but that she didn’t “think about it” as an issue because “she acts older” than 14.

  Buggiolleo is right. You can CARE for someone without sexualizing them. And if you are 18 years old, and you have a thing for a 14 year old…you better reconsider very carefully, the law is clear. That’s statutory rape. Go find a girl your own age.
  In my opinion, the parents, if they knew about this, are also guilty.

  My issue is not with the sexual orientation of the “perp”. IT’s with the fact that she enticed a 14 year old girl to have sex, and it appears that the parent KNEW about it but didn’t stop her.

  Let’s be clear, I have a daughter that age. I don’t want ANYONE of any proclivity to sexualize her at 14 years old. That’s a good way to get yourself shot. And if the parents know…they might get chronic lead poisoning as well.

  Just because that “14 year old” is taller than your 18 year old Lesbian doesn’t mean that she was emotionally ready to be seduced by an older homosexual girl. It may have been “consensual”…but that still doesn’t make it legal. The opinion of the gay girl’s parents is classic. “Being the kind of mom I am…I didn’t say anything.” So you knew your 18 year old was seducing a 14 year old girl and it never occurred to you that the parents of the other girl might not appreciate that?

  That’s liberals for you. “We don’t believe in teaching ethics to our children and we insist that we have the right to impose our immoral behavior onto other peoples’ children too.” Your lack of parenting just ended up sending your beautiful daughter to jail and labeling her as a sexual predator for life.

  Good work, “mom”.

  I was invited to speak on a radio program about Fast and Furious and some research I’d done. I took a break at work and using my mobile phone I announced it on Facebook that I was going to be on a radio program talking about F&F. Two hours later I was told my contract was unexpectedly ended.

  Coincidence?
  I doubt it.

  I closed my FB account after that. Score one for the fascists, but it wasn’t worth the harassment.

  Definitely NOT an SNL skit–the humor is too intelligent. You’d have to sprinkle in some poop jokes and limit yourself to mocking “Tea-Baggers” for it to qualify as an SNL skit.

  Unbelievable. The fascists strike again. So now in effect the government is telling the children and the teachers that it is NOT educational for the teacher to eat ORGANIC food in front of the children so they learn about the difference between healthy, organic food, and the pre-packaged CRAP the schools want them to eat, and which the FDA says is “safe”, but which doctors–and even Michelle Obama–recognize as unhealthy and damaging!
