No kidding I sent mine to a private school and paid for public school. It was tough but we managed it. I would have loved to be able to recoup some of what that cost.

Well, I for one ask you to rethink your position on not voting for Trump. If you are true to what your screen name suggests, Trump is the only viable candidate running that isn’t a politician.

Ugh. I might add, the world didn’t come up with America either. I’m fairly certain our forefathers and ancestors tackled that feat on their own. Mind your own business. I’m glad I’ve never bought any of his work.

Why isn’t the Olympic Committee being questioned as to why they scheduled these two teams to ride the same bus in the first place? Heck, even I know which people not to sit near each other when planning some type of function.
I know right, whoever scheduled that bus has to be fired I mean come on. I wish that we live in a world where two at odds countries could put their differences behind them for just a few days but obviously that isn't going to happen.
Most likely because it was done on purpouse. Passive agressive and annoying is what the "smartest" among us specialize in. And they love to stir up the pot, but only if the cowards are at a safe distance.
Now, the reason that nothing serious actually happened, and no one was sent home or otherwise repremanded is because there would have been terrorist reprisals. The terrorists have sort of this "hair trigger", and can be set off very easily. So, since it all worked out, they don't expect anybody to be killed over it.
Really! It's like seating the high society mother of the bride next to the groom's crazy, drunken Uncle Joe from Bumf*** backwater.

I’m confused. Am I the only one that saw the snippet about this being part of Costco’s normal return if something doesn’t sell well? I have no clue about that policy or even if it’s true, but from reading all of the responses, it would seem some of us on the right are no better than the left with knee jerk responses. The media is leading us into believing something with only one part of the story.
The thing is, that excuse is suspect because of the makeup of Costco's customer base, which is largely conservative. It also doesn't jibe with sales figures from Amazon and others. It would also be a very speedy return as the book hasn't been out very long. In addition, Costco's CEO's political leanings are well known.

Ugh. SMH! Gov. Perry, i’d boycott even meeting with him. You’re not going to get what you need. Your best hope is going to be a hurricane to blow all the illegals back to where they came from. Then you might see some money to help rebuild some areas.

You know. Sometimes I wonder if all the news in this country is just a fabrication and everyone they interview is just plain made up or an actor. How is this really news? Have we really gotten so low in this country that we have to spot light every small business that wants to create a haven for a more upscale client base? Simple. If you wear the above items and want to go to this establishment, put on nicer clothes and change back when you get home. Back in the day men wore suits and women wore dresses everywhere. GET OVER IT!

Ugh! How do these people get into office? Okay, so the workers take over the plant. If Boeing still moves out where are the jobs and pay going to come from? Won’t the workers just be trespassers at that point?
He is using the climate with the EPA with the fallacy that we actually create temperatures around the globe. He doesn't want to control the weather. He's using this agenda to control the people.

Didn’t the television series “Revolution” already cover this topic? Personally, I don’t think there would be a country in their right mind that would step foot on our soil if we went back to the days of shoot first ask questions later for anyone stepping into a community they didn’t belong in.
Show only half the stats or like us........ GO CARDS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
No, Revolution didn't cover this. I thought it was an EMP at first too, but it turns out to be tiny robots in the air that disrupt everything electronic and heal people etc. Crazy stuff. They are slowly getting more weird sci fi stuff. Bad Robot makes great TV shows.
Crazy/annoying tidbit....... the bad guys right now call themselves patriots.
I've been enjoying Sleepy Hallow A LOT.
Revolutionary war and the four horsemen of the apocalypse in one show.

Thank goodness. Another idiot I don’t need to spend time thinking about and one less thing I need to run out and spend money on.

Well, what the school says and what is recognized by Nova Scotia are 2 different things. I feel for the kids and parents that have to deal with the stupidity of one body of administrators, but until both days are merged into one on the calendar, the state rules. The parents of this school just need to rise up and be heard. I did a quick google search and as far as I can tell Mother’s Day is still recognized by Nova Scotia in May and Father’s Day is still in June.

“I am certainly not aware of and am confident that no one here was involved in this. We found out about it just a few weeks ago, and only — and when I say ‘we,’ I didn’t, the president didn’t, but the White House counsel’s office only found out about the review being conducted and coming to a conclusion by the inspector general,” Carney told reporters.
Why does it always take “weeks” for this administration to address anything?
Come on, you know it takes time to figure out how to lie but make it look like the truth!

My thought exactly. if they’re known terrorists, wouldn’t this mean our Government is harboring fugitives? If I remember correctly….. isn’t that against the law?

Apparently I’m confused. The Muslim Community in this town is saying they’re not taking offense to the flying of this flag, correct? What’s the big deal then? Has anyone thought that maybe the flying of the “rainbow” or “In Bloom” flags might offend a majority of the other 5,584 people in the town?
The Union Jack is hardly 'cross- free': It has the red St. George's Cross of England and Wales, the white St. Andrew's cross for Scotland and the Red St. Patrick's Cross.
The St. George's Cross pre- dates the Crusades: it is the flag the Pope gave Duke William of Normandy to carry into battle in the Conquest. I wonder if Ms. Jackson knows that?

Congratulations Walter. It’s refreshing to see someone who knows what they want and is willing to put forth the effort to get it. Much luck to you in your future endeavors.
"Improvise, adapt, overcome" Go for it, Water. My Marine sergeant nephew was struck with a similar degenerative nerve disorder. Medically-discharged and quickly confined to a wheelchair he completed an Honors Business degree from Penn State and then proceeded to start his own gym and fitness training business, "Corps Fitness", in southeastern Pennsylvania as well as starting two charitable foundations, one of which raises money to buy adaptive fitness equipment for handicapped kids. His annual mini-triathalon is in its 6th year and last year raised $30,000 for charity. He and his wife just gave birth to their first child , a son.
