Wish we had more Trey Gowdy’s types in there. Watching him tear apart his “victim of the week” in a logical and methodical manner always gets me in the mood to pop some popcorn. You know there are five words you never want to hear a DA or in his case a former DA say. They are “I’m glad you said that” . In fact, I think he could start his own YouTube channel and call it “When Weasels Sweat, the Trey Channel”.

I am glad I was never Defense Counsel in a courtroom that he sat in as the DA. Can you see how the opening conversation usually goes, “Oh hey, Trey you are handling this case personally? Well it’s good to see you.” meanwhile what you really are thinking is, “Oh crap, it’s Trey, I wonder if I can get my client to take that plea deal.”

Actually I would love to have been on the Defense, much like when you want to test yourself and get better at something by facing a superior opponent. It would just suck for the guy you are representing.

That depends, will the elephants hold both chambers of Congress and will they actually have the will to follow through. Looking at who are the leaders (“Suds” and “Mitchy Mitch”) my answer would be never. But there is a chance, without the Senate, no chance.

Better this than another stupid solar company. This may actually produce useable applications down the line. I know it sounds out there, but chemistry, physics, aerospace, start out with crazy stuff like this, and it’s pretty cheap as programs go.

    Enough Geeky for the day.

Obama’s plan for them, just take a pill.

A variation of that has already happened. We have had at least one case in TN. were the officers went into a house silent (silent warrant with suspicion of drugs), no self identification, dressed in combat black. The owner thought he was a victim of home invasion, the police dropped him. Guess what? Oooopppps, the wrong house.

More loving words from the religion of peace and tolerance. I bet Pat Condell will have a field day with this latest news.

I know, how about the men wear number 1 and 2. It speaks volumes about a society that wants their women to look like Casper the Ghost because the men can’t control themselves. Dear Islamic Countries, quit partying like it is 1099.

Well, I hope he still lives in Nashville, if he moved to a Blue state we may see an “unfortunate accident” in his future. At the very least, he can expect a visit from the IRS.

Welcome to the debugging process of this nightmare. When you pull on one thread, three more are going to come loose.

Look at that little nuance this propagandist slid out, that the insurance plans are “illegal”. I think this the new meme from these “criminals”.

I seem to remember another historical leader who believed this way. He told his generals to let Germany fall with him, because the people had failed him. Later, his burned carcass was found outside a bunker.

So when they do not get enough people into the POS, then what? Will it be time to use that new armed force he bragged about. Note to the “vunuables” that was not you dressed on those cute para-military outfits, but thanks for the fashion tips.
So we know that a few select people will get these little subsides, I wonder what happens when most realize the do not qualify. How about those who are on the cusp, making to much for the bribe but to little to afford this “right”. I remember reading that Demoncrats said Repubicans wanted to make Grandma eat Alpo, now a lot of people are going to find out what many of us already knew, that the reverse is the truth.
Hey there Princess Pelosi, guess we found out that you are the real abuser in this relationship, thanks for letting us see what was in the bill.

Oh and one more thing, Steve, patronizing the woman is so so 50′s, how “progressive” of you.

This is made to order. We all should now keep a stopwatch with us to see how fast the Dear Leaders adoring fans drop to the name calling mode that signifies that they have got nothing left. The numbers do not lie, the bills that are going to deprive people of more of their money (oh, my bad, the allowance the Dear Leader lets them keep) is causing anger and dismay regardless of party or level of involvement. The insurances companies should not back down, every bill should have a statement as to who actually is doing this and when Katie comes to bully them, make the font larger and bolder.

And that my friends, is the “Treasure of MSNBC”. Isn’t it interesting that they think that only our Dear Leader one an election. NOBODY else, just him, and only the Executive Branch counts, at least as long as it is the Dear Leader. Anyone want to bet against me that Chrissy will suddenly remember that pesky Legislative Branch is supposed to be a check on the Executive?
As far as the whole 3/5 thing, it is not even worth the effort. It’s CM, its race everyday, all the time.

Wow! Judge Dredd would be proud. Reminds me of what used to happen if you stole a man’s horse. I guess in this case it would be his horsepower. Nice!

Damn he is more resilient than a cockroach. So Florida, what happened here, was it battered wives syndrome, redistricting, or maybe a desire to keep him out of Florida as much as possible. Well thanks bunches, we really missed this vile little nutter.

There came a point in late in WWII when the Wehrmacht (not the SS a BIG difference, non history fans) came to Hitler and pleaded with him to surrender, that surrender was the only sane choice to prevent to complete destruction of the German people. Hitler said no, since the people had failed him they would share his fate, complete obliteration. They would pay for not supporting him and doing things his way. The people were the weak ones who had lacked his vision, let them burn with him.
Now that Obama’s numbers are slipping into to 30′s, now that his SA/SS tactics are not bearing him his desired outcome, and that people are now seeing in black and white what Obamacare is going to do to them, I wonder if he will take us all down because we lack the Presidents vision. Will he personally cause us to default? He has to give the order to refuse to pay our debts, otherwise it is done by law, regardless of the debt ceiling since the debt ceiling only applies to future new spending. Will he personally make that active choice, will he order SSI/SSD to now cut checks just to scorch the earth and make all of pay for his petchulance, as he has done with our fallen soldiers I wonder.

I think that we are beginning to see Obama’s new army outside the Pentagon. How many agencies now have their own private armies. The Rangers are showing their arrogance because they know that nothing will happen to them if they open up on grandma. The media will spin it as some dementia crazed group of old people who they had to put down, for their own good (sniff, sniff).
