It's not so much of state v. fed rights issue, but rather does the American Nation believe that an unborn human being is NOT a living, rational ascient being with constitutional protections and therefore the property of the woman carrying it. It is a moral debate that a civilization has to come to grips with, similar to the slavery debate (in which the Nation had to determine "is it acceptable for a human being to be owned as property by another human being.?")

Progressives won’t be happy until eugenicist Margaret Sanger’s dream is realized – the eradication via eugenics of the black and poverty-stricken population of this country.
Wow between that and the Rethuglicans systematically grinding them into the dirt with racist economic and drug war policies you'd wonder how they even stand a chance
You got that right. These useful idiots can't see past their masters bidding. I just hope that they will be the group that isn't worth having around because they can't reproduce or their eyes are too close together or are brown or they are deviants (code for gay in the early 1900's). Oh my there were many people that were identified as NOT to reproduce according to Maggie Sanger who spoke at KKK meetings. Welcome to the revolution.
@TheDeliverer, how many "Rethuglicans" run the USA's ten biggest cities with the highest murder rates? These cities generally also have substandard school and poor economic opportunity. But man, I'll be the abortion clinics and the mortuaries are humming along.
Big Cities with the Highest Murder Rates
1. St. Louis, Missouri: 49.91 murders per 100,000 residents (Democrat mayors since 1949)
2. Detroit, Michigan: 43.52 (Democrat mayors since 1962)
3. New Orleans, Louisiana: 38.75 (Democrat mayors since 1936)
4. Baltimore, Maryland: 33.84 (Democrat mayors 94 of the last 114 years, including Nancy Pelosi’s father and brother)
5. Newark, New Jersey: 33.32 (Unknown how long Democrats have been in control)
6. Buffalo, New York: 23.22 (Democrat mayors for 59 of the last 62 years)
7. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: 22.43 (some form of Democrat since 1934)
8. Memphis, Tennessee: 21.38 (Unknown how long Democrats have been in control)
9. Atlanta, Georgia: 20.47 (Democrat since at least 1942)
10. Cincinnati, Ohio: 20.16 (Democrat since 1984)
*** Overall Rate in U.S. Cities: 5.2 ***
*** Overall Rate in all the United States: 4.5 ***
Well, less poor would mean less spending on social plans, and probably less liberal voters. Should be a win win.
Thank God for Margaret Sanger.
I have not noticed any shortage of black people compared to the days of my youth. Apparently the black babies brought to term without being aborted are sufficiently numerous to ensure the continued existence of the race.

Yeah, right. tRump has already stated that he thinks is uber progressive sister would make a great justice. THAT reveals his core sense of morality.
 June 27, 2016 at 10:40am
Do you trust him to stick with that list if he wins? I don’t. Look for yet another flip-flop.
June 27, 2016 at 10:37am
False argument – both of those issues are directly addressed in the US Constitution and can be legally argued at the federal level as such.
 June 27, 2016 at 10:35am
Any statement from tRump on this yet? I am a bit curious to see what he has to say, if he has the guts to say anything… and if he takes a stand for life and states’ rights.
In re: every abortion question: "abortion is bad! And lemme, lemme tell you... as president, I will ONLY nominate supreme court justices with a PROVEN track record of being pro-life!"

Only a few short years ago my daughter was sitting in her high school class (amongst a highly diverse population, I might add). One of her classmates tossed a piece of paper, accidentally hitting her in the back. She turned to him and in total deadpan said, “It’s because I’m white, isn’t,” whereupon they both burst out laughing. I miss the days when kids could laugh at their differences rather than whine about them.
 June 26, 2016 at 9:12am
So much for the mantra of “Celebrate diversity.” What a bunch of hypocrites they are. No diversity or discussion thereof permitted – they want to raise a generation of Stepford zombies.
 June 26, 2016 at 8:50am
So… I suppose this also means bye-bye Kwanzaa, Cinco de Mayo, and Gay Pride Week, correct? Tread carefully, progressives…idiocy WILL come back to bite you, or, as Glinda said, “Begone, before somebody drops a house on you, too!”
 June 25, 2016 at 9:43am
“Sit down and shut up..”?! Maybe in 1930s Germany and in the old Soviet Union…and in a progressively run Obama- or Clinton-run USA. stRumpets are sound more and more like progressive Marxists every day. Orange-glo should really just run with his pal Hillary and be done with this little masquerade he’s putting on.
And yet it's the Never Trump camp that's saying the people's vote doesn't matter.
June 24, 2016 at 8:34am
Nope – just progressive values. Those are found everywhere.
June 23, 2016 at 6:57am
Do Bee a Do Bee…Thanks for the memory!

“He’s an old hippie
And he don’t know what to do…”
Somebody should really tell these old folks that the 60s are over.
[-1] June 21, 2016 at 9:58pm
It’s a better investment than Trump steaks or Trump University.
 June 21, 2016 at 3:11pm
Kind of like using the words Trump and Republican, right?
 June 21, 2016 at 8:55am
And so the (planned?) implosion begins… Corey “You’re fired” Lewandowski (after completing his hatchet job on Cruz)…no money. Could this possibly be all a part of the plan? Throw the Republicans into tailspin, then pull out just around convention time (or shortly thereafter?)…and hand the whole ball of wax to his buddies the Clintons. Who will the tRumpsters blame THEN?
I doubt that the demOcRat trump will drop out voluntarily, but there is no doubt that trump's plan is to destroy the Republican Party and throw the election to hillary.
He'll ride it out. gotta make sure he seals the deal.

The most dangerous place to stand is between Upchuck Schumer and a camera.

I suspect they are working their way up the line. The more little fish they get, the better the chance of amassing enough evidence to catch the big ones. The cops in this city have no love of Warren Wilhelm. I believe they will gladly throw him under the bus. Dinkins brought us Rudy. I only hope that there is another Rudy in the wings to clean up the scum and sludge left behind by Warren Wilhelm’s administration.
