  I am happy that Liberty University has graciously offered this young man a full scholarship. I am confident that Cole will make the most of this opportunity.

  I hope that the felony charge against this young man will be quickly dropped. It never should have come to this- what a heavy worry that this young man and his family have to face! If the assistant principal did not face criminal charges for having a loaded weapon on school property, Cole shouldn’t face prosecution either for the unloaded rifles.

  That is some absolutely scary happenings- calling Child Services because of a picture of a child holding a weapon. Glad that Dad held his ground and refused to yield to the unreasonable demands. Liberty is far too precious to waste. This is a clear-cut example of a government entity overstepping their boundaries.

  So Feinstein has the unmitigated gall to equate assault rifles with child pornography?!? She is a sick, SICK being! Why do the people of her CA district continue to elect her?

  She so deserved to be chewed out by Senator Cruz.

  Wasteful. Illogical bureaucrats at their worst. They destroyed 1600 lbs of donated meat. Was the donated meat even tested before this hasty action took place? I feel so bad for the good people who donated the meat, the homeless who would’ve had a healthy meal, and the food shelter who provided the wholesome meals. I have yet to see any justification for this other than the fact that this archaic law is still on the books. Pathetic.

  She was absolutely wonderful in “The Hunger Games”. Seems to be unassuming and natural in real life. She doesn’t care about conforming to the “Hollywood ideal” of being a “Size 2″ or smaller.

  To add to Alex’s point, if one should resort to using a physical map for directions, make sure it is up to date. Roads might change (due to construction) and old maps don’t account for those changes.

  Map reading seems to be a lost art these days. Admittedly, land navigation had been a weakness of mine during my time in the military, but I did at least gain some map reading skills. :)

  I fail to see how Mr. Cathy’s opinion, supporting the Biblical view of marriage as being between one man and one woman, is “hateful”. The family has been firm in their beliefs. They never are open for business on Sundays.

  Liberty means that we respect all opinions, whether we agree with them or not. The author stated it quite well (and I have echoed these very sentiments myself)- “Those who preach ‘tolerance’ are often the most INTOLERANT to differing viewpoints.

  Had I not moved out West, I’d be showing my support for Chick-Fil-A. Sadly, the closest restaurant to my new home state is over 400 miles away. I support the comany’s right to *stick to their convictions*!

  You have hit upon a key point here- people need to WAKE UP! If they did, maybe Obama would be a single term president. It just saddens me that critics of Obama are labelled as “haters” and vilified by the media for their viewpoints. It saddens me that Obama is so arrogantly dismissive of those who disagree with him.

  The “birther” issue shouldn’t be the focus- rather, we need to remember how he advocates the almighty “Government” as the answer to all problems instead of the efforts of the individual, through his/her honest hard work.

  At this point, I will be voting “ABO”– “Anybody BUT Obama”, this coming November. It is morally imperative to do so!
