  • This idiot obviously hasn’t experienced what shot shells do as they pass through sheet rock walls in the average house or apartment. Even target loads and “birdshot” penetrate sheet rock when fired across the average size room. Heck, if the round is fired close enough to a wall that the shot hasn’t separated from the wad/cup, it has near the same effect as a slug when it goes through. The spall and fragments from the wall are as lethal as the shot itself.

  • I guess this vet is a bonafide second class citizen. If he was deemed a first class citizen like David Gregory, who had a 30rd empty magazine in DC, on national television, he’d have been given a free pass just like Gregory got. Sad state of affairs indeed.

  • Even though she claims she left her old state for work purposes. It always amazes me to when people leave a state they don’t like, move to one they do, they immediately want to change it to the state they left because they hated it…gluttons for punishment maybe?

I have a couple of coworkers who don’t understand why states are allowed to have different laws and taxes. tried to explain that’s how the system is supposed to work so if you don’t like the laws in one state, or are overtaxed you can move to another. Actually had one tell me it should be changed because it’s “unfair” to people who can’t afford to move and the federal government should just step in and make all state laws the same.

  • Once again the psycho killer is a lefty, not a TEA party member.

  • Sweet special effects? It has to be special effects because a gun wasn’t used so we know there couldn’t have been an actual crime committed. Maybe the anti-constitution crowd will give the dirtbag a medal for using a hammer instead of a gun.

  • Funny the left thinks it’s a silly idea that we might need to defend ourselves against the government when they applauded an Indiana court when it said people could legally use force, up to and including lethal force to prevent public servants (the government) from entering their property or overstepping their authority if the person thought it was illegal. I do believe this has since been over turned, but the point is they loved this idea when it fit the anti authority/anti police agenda, but not when it comes to the 2nd Amendment. http://theweek.com/article/index/229167/the-indiana-law-that-lets-citizens-shoot-cops

  • So, safety is more important than privacy? I wonder if he carries this logic over to drug raids, random pat downs, vehicle searches during traffic stops, etc. Or does his anti-constitution idiocy only apply to the Amendments he doesn’t approve of?

  • There are other groups out there that are as vocal as can be. By this I mean as vocal as they can be with the mainstream media. The MSM is not going to talk to the Second Amendment Foundation (SAF), United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), Gun Owners of America (GOA), or Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership (JPFO) because it doesn’t fit the anti-Constitution agenda. They’ve invested so much time into making the NRA look like an SS death squad it would totally destroy their argument and credibility with the “low information voters” if they ever let it out that there were other organizations out there and that firearms ownership was mainstream.

    In reply to Kevcar.

Yeah I noticed that. Also no pictures of geat and accessories. You have to admit, the pictures of the semi-auto pictures are all of nice looking pistols though (Sorry, scary pistols) revolvers just bring to mind cowboys and indians. Wait, aren’t anti-second amendment folks always crying about bloodbaths and shootouts like in the “old west”? So why would they want us to have revolvers like in the old west?

  • I agree, good job Wyoming. Montana passed a law last year (or maybe the year before) telling the Feds where they could shove it when it came to firearms commerce inside the state of Montana, based on the commerce clause having to do with interstate commerce. I think Utah or another south western state did also. As the article points out, they haven’t invoked the supremacy clause with the two states who have recreational marijuana laws yet, but I’d like to add that they haven’t invoked it against sanctuary cities and states either.
