Cruz is not qualified-not a natural born citizen. 4. US vs Wong Kim Arc 1898 cited Minor V Happersett Chinese citizenship case
Quote, and notice it says PARENT’S meaning plural!! ” Under the common law, according to the court, “it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners”.

    Ted Cruz is not qualified under the constitution to be president or vice president. Supreme court decisions;
    1. The Venus/Cranch 1814 about the Vessel Venus and cargo ownership
    2. Shanks vs DuPont 1830 regarding inheritance
    3. Minor vs Happersett 1875 concerning voter rights

Why did Senator Hatch write this?????? “The Equal Opportunity to Govern Amendment, also known as the Hatch Amendment, is a United States constitutional amendment proposed in July 2003 by Senator Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) to repeal the natural born citizen clause prohibiting citizens who were naturalized from holding the office of President or Vice President of the United States”.

First Congress 1790 – And the children of such persons so naturalized, dwelling within the United States, being under the age of twenty-one years at the time of such naturalization, shall also be considered as citizens of the United States. And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens:

zorro is exactly right. I used to work or a trucking service company and we know that only 60% of every dollar if that goes back into roads. The rest is syphoned off for city projects.

jakartaman is right. Neither the democrat party nor the republican party follow the constitution now, what good will changing laws make?

Just another in a long line of reasons why I have little use for what some people call sports. Don’t watch gay football, basketball, baseball, or anything else like that be it college, minor or major. They are all an expensive embarrassment so I don’t watch them, I would rather mow the lawn.

Through the NRA, national, state and local gun organizations we should crowd fund a new banking organization for the firearm industry, This is really irritating because the banks are very happy to finance automobiles that kill and wound tens of thousands of more people every year than firearms.

Further, it is said that the US is the 4th deadliest country to live in due to guns but if we remove the stats from Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC and New Orleans the US becomes the 4th safest country to live in. What do these 4 cities have in common? They have the harshest anti gun laws in the country imposed by overwhelming liberal democrat policy and have had for dozens of years. So the good guys can’t have weapons who follow the law and the bad guys have weapons because they don’t care.

All Palistinian, Saudi, Indonesian or other muslim countries should all be rounded up and sent back to their countries. No more allowing them in western schools where they get radicalized by liberal far left wing profs.

“Did any of these pious obot cool aid drinkers raise their hypocritical voices when Obama called Tea Party members Teabaggers twice in public?” The man needs to stand his ground and challenge Obama on this if Obama really is Obama. http://youtu.be/Qwj2tk7Ee9c

This guy represents big business and who does big business answer to? Their shareholders that is who. Many of these shareholders are Chinese, Saudis, Germans, Goldman Sachs, and other big shareholders that don’t give a hounds hoot in hell over the regular folks.

This what congress is doing to kill the middle class folks. This is what the highest corporate taxes will do to you. This is what congress forcing us to buy products from Communist China will do.

You have vote for people who will reduce government, taxes, seal the border, and train the folks for these new jobs. Audit the IRS, FED, GSA, DHS, EPA, and dept. of Education and eliminate those that cannot be justified for the money spent.

“Glen”, the Jews elected peace, in the same way you do, and gave Hitler their guns.

Obama kept the missiles out of Poland, removing the military option out of Kiev. Once you remove the military option, declare a gun free zone, you are asking to get ran over!

“Did not Jesus turn over the money changers tables?”

#7, in a way yes? “Really” His son put together the power deal with the Communist Chinese and Harry Reid’s Chief of Staff now runs the BLM, I would say he is fully involved.

#6. The Bundy ranch was “specially” mentioned as a problem for the Solar program with the Communist Chinese to go through. Do your research.

#5. The BLM jury shopped until they got the Judge and crew needed to railroad this rancher. Bundy had taken them to court and when it was clear the BLM was going to lose they informed Bundy and the court they didn’t care what the ruling was, they were going ahead with trespass. This property was being used by this family since the late 1800s before there was an armed BLM and the agreements made then are being ignored as Obama does with impunity.

#4. Did Mr. Bundy recognize and pay grazing fees, according to his daughter he did up until the BLM began to change go after other ranchers.

#3. Is this fight about the Desert Turtle? “Who the heck knows?” First they said it was, then they kill off the turtle. Then they said Flycatcher, now they don’t.

#2. There are rampant stories about ranchers being run off their property by the BLM or the EPA, you pick the incompetent bureaucracy.

!. Did the Feds overreact? “Dogs, tazers, guns and choppers and you ask “did the feds overreact”

    0. I am sorry Beck isn’t standing up for the rancher “I will”. Even if he is wrong I will jealously defend him. Watch this http://youtu.be/Qwj2tk7Ee9c

Here is an interesting factoid, the United States is the 4th most dangerous country to live in according FBI stats but, if we remove the liberal democrat led cities of Detroit, Chicago, Washington DC, and New Orleans murder stats, the United States becomes the 4th safest country to live in. Gabby Giffords was shot by a liberal democrat and the Denver movie house mass murderer and many others. What does that tell us?

The Bible also says “not to temp the Lord” and this lesson was clearly not learned.

I am glad the law finally caught up with Nagin. Now they need to go after the rest of Parrish blood suckers that demand you “pay to play” in their Parrish.

Clearly this guy cannot talk, but he also has a problem listening. When you hear that still, small, clear, concise voice that speaks to you in times of danger or strife, you know there is a God. I suspect there are even more troubling issues within this guy and we should pray for him.

Texas and Florida have Concealed Handgun Reciprocity. Zimmermans CCW from Florida is good in Texas and he clearly told the officer he had a weapon. By the way, the Florida Concealed Handgun License course is shorter and less expensive than the Texas course.
