Does this mean the government can lie about the impact of this amendment, which legalizes lying by the government?

I can’t stand sarcasm. But maybe you should not believe me because I love sarcasm. Google me to see what I mean.

Anna Prentice, who was Donald Trump’s lead investigator on the Obama birth certificate search before taking a job as a law clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court, said yesterday that the location of Obama’s birthplace is irrelevant.
“The Constitution does not define ‘natural born citizen,’ which is a requirement of the office of president,” she said. “Most legal scholars agree that a natural born citizen can be one whose parent was a U.S. citizen, and that the birthplace is meaningless.
“If a U.S. astronaut bore a child on the moon, that child still could be president even though he truly would be an alien.”
@ SKINNYREPORTER- You're about 3/4 right. All it takes for a child to be a citizen is for at least one parent to be either a natural born citizen or naturalized citizen and for the parent to have lived in the United States for at least one year prior to the birth of the child. It does not matter where the child was born.
