Sounds like he has a Toyota master key from a production line..
Not to say he is this smart, but what I would do is steal that truck heading south, steal that truck heading south, steal another and then head west to Texas in a Chevy Caviler.

There are antique firearms made before 1899 that are not considered to be firearms according to the Feds, and these can be cartridge firing weapons. There are also, as seems to be the case here, the use of black powder, or muzzle-loading guns. These do not use a “fixed” metallic cartridge, but the components are assembled in the firearm, essentially using the gun as the cartridge case. These are also considered to be non-firearms by the BATFE, (but they can certainly be considered as weapons). They can also be of current manufacture. All very fuzzy depending on the whole Firearm/weapon dichotomy and how the police want to interpret each individual situation as they tend to do. Don’t make the mistake of thinking it is not a weapon even if it is legally not a firearm.

Ebola is the Virus of Peace that is being taken over by the radical elements
of it’s population. Sure, Radical Ebola has been killing off those who refuse to
convert to Ebolism, but does that mean we should eliminate all of Ebola, even
those who are moderate and don’t end up killing people indiscriminately? We
should accept that the vast majority of individual Ebola Viri never kill and
simply wish to live their lives in peaceful coexistence with everyone else. Let’s
not condemn the entirety of Ebola, but instead seek to make dialogue with the radical
Ebola elements so that we can have lasting peace. Ebola Peace.

My All Time Number One choice for most boring and pointless story. I like the feel-good stories but no video even of some cute kid? Bleah!

I barely got into this guy’s (Walsh) comments, only enough to determine that he has never dealt personally with clinical depression. I have, and until you’ve been there yourself, the best understanding we can expect from a non-sufferer is for them to understand THAT THEY DON’T UNDERSTAND. I’ve been there and still am, a lifetime of ups and downs. The downs can be pretty scary. Antidepressants and therapy can help mitigate the problem but it never goes away. And the last thing that a depressive person wants to hear is some variation of “Snap out of it” or “pull yourself up by your bootstraps”. If we depressives could do that we wouldn’t have a problem. Do you tell someone with pneumonia to just “Shake it off”? It’s enough to make you want to scream. Some things have to be experienced to be understood. Major depression is one of them. We really do appreciate it when you try to understand and reach out to us. Give us your empathy or not. Just don’t act like you know the cure.
I am sorry for your pain, thank you for speaking up, have a nice eve
You might want to read the entire thing then. I've never dealt with clinical depression either, but one of my best friends killed himself. Whether he was clinically depressed or not I'll never know because he KILLED HIMSELF! Yeah, I'm still angry about it. Mostly because he was barely two hours away from almost EVERYONE that cared and we all would've dropped everything to come be there for him. A friend even offered to have dinner with him that night and he declined (probably because he knew he'd figure it out and stop him).
So you're right, we don't understand. But we don't understand the ultimate "there's no going back" choice either. Suicide is your message to the world that you'll never be out of this rut you're in so you're going to give up. To that I say "Fuck that. Let's get you some help and get you feeling better again".
Nowhere does the author talk about snapping out of it.
Mr. Walsh's closing statement. “These are people who don’t have any idea what they’re talking about. I don’t want to get into details,” he said. “I have encountered suicide on a personal level, I have dealt with depression myself.”
Perhaps he is closer to understanding than you give him credit for.
I am in the same situation you are and I agree with what you wrote. Unless you experience the depths of despair, you cannot understand. Thank you for your post.
There is depression and then there is "DEPRESSION". I have experienced both. People who are mildly to moderately depressed do have every choice open to themselves. However, I also know there are some extremely dark places in clinical deep depression that have the gravitational pull of a "black hole". I was fortunate to have a loving wife who guided me back to the light with the help of medications, therapy, understanding and love. There was a point in which I felt completely helpless and would have done anything to stop that bottomless empty, hopeless lost feeling in my mind and spirit. I am luck to have come back. Be careful how you characterize others before you completely understand real clinical depression. At least Mr. Walsh got a conversation going on this subject. My hat is of to him for that and his good intentions.
You're completely right. (HUGS) I know how hard it is and how tough you have to be to just keep going. Best wishes to you and keep skirting the black hole.....you're not alone.

Has anyone noticed that Obama used him as a reference to being an “Alien”? He said “He arrived in our lives as an alien – but he ended up touching every element of the human spirit.” I loved Robin Williams since his first HBO special when both were new and he’ll be sorely missed, but is it just me who noticed how the big O just made it about himself and his agenda once again?
(Apologies to anyone who came up with this first, just couldn’t get through reading all previous comments)
Robin, you will be missed…
Come on SLARTIBARTFAST, he was trying to draw an analogy of when we first recognized Robin. I think you are just looking to criticize any way you can. I am not a follower by any stretch of the imagination of BOH. You my friend need to lighten up and respect him for at least giving him condolences. He grew up with him just as many other Americans.

The young man certainly “punches above his weight” and made himself “perfectly clear on this”.
He just needs species re-assignment surgery and he will be ok. That, and a gender neutral cat box, because I'm sure he's gay too.
I don't see anything a dog wouldn't do. Now if she was in a cat box peeing.................................

Headline: Nigeria’s President Refused Help for Weeks in Search for Kidnapped Girls — Infiltration by Islamic Extremists May Be Reason
The headline on this story raises a question: Whose government was infiltrated by Islamic Extremists, Nigeria’s………or ours?

Has it occurred to anyone that Bundy was speaking metaphorically? Maybe a little hyperbole to make his point in the homespun style of a 67 year old rancher?

Look on the bright side. If they’re sagging, they’re probably not packing!
Actually I have heard of these type hiding quite a bit in the pants.

Sebelius is to BO as ablative armor is to a tank. When the tank takes a hit the armor plate is destroyed and falls off. This is the function that BO’s staffers serve: They take the political hits and are discarded. Must suck to be them!

His bond seems a little low at $15,300. Do they base that on size?
"....since he’s not a flight risk and hasn’t had major trouble with the law, couldn’t he just go home?"
Seems to me this qualifies as major trouble with the law.
Actually most pedophiles are white. But in general most crimes are committed blacks, correct? And dwarfs. Thank you Blaze for pointing out this little reported group that is a threat to our young daughters and even sons, including, but not limited to people who don't look like me and you (if you know what I mean), people who prey on the young and innocent to satisfy their own perverse desires like Mark Foley (D).
Hey MODMeteors! Have you noticed that no one really responds to, or pays any attention to your crap anymore? Just askin....
Zipit, no, I haven't noticed that. But then again, I just post opinions of a ModerateRepublican on the topics at hand and am not using this website as Facebook, which is the kind of responses most people get here ("Hey, so and so, good one. You and your lady are back together again I hear. Did you ever get a job?").
For Facebook activities, I use Facebook.

1. The gun store? Yep, about 5 miles outside of the gates, though there are plenty of closer pawnshops (including one with a nice selection of new firearms).
2. This had been brewing for some time. The argument with the other soldier(s) was only the “Now I’m pi$$ed” trigger he’d been looking for.
3. Why’d he use a 45 instead of a higher cap 9mm or .40? My guess is that he wanted to make sure his last shot (to his head) would be 100% effective. This evil did not suddenly pop into his mind.
4. He was taking Ambien for sleep, and I’ll bet he was mixing it with alcohol. Very bad thing to do, makes one do very stupid (and bad) things.
5. My wife is a teacher on FT Hood. She works in a Gun Free Zone in what is a Gun Free city. Yeah, I’m frightened.
