I was wondering where that was in his story….His wife worked hard all those years to get him released in hopes that he would be a different man, also knowing that if the public knew he was an abuser, no one would help him. Haven’t heard THAT redemptive story yet…just that he is out there promoting himself.
It's better to take a bunch of plane trips to pedophile island than to molest your own daughter?
This story diverts attention away from Bill Clinton's next pedophile sex scandal, and serves to make Bill's trips to see underage sex slaves less offensive.
Given that Roman Polasnky is still a celebrated director... Hollywood and the media don't care about children being sexually molested, it makes for increased sales and clicks.... and it seems like the media is gathering around to protect Woody...http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/may/13/woody-allen-polanski-cosby-dangerous-cannes-ronan-farrow
Because there is a civil war on the left that is just as bad as the one on the right, but just less reported on.
Woody is out in the spotlight at Cannes. Hence, the revisitation of his past.

The person encouraging or coaxing this young man to ‘go to court’ is a worse bully than $0.05. He’s being taken advantage of…

So when is that debate going to take place between Trump and Cruz?… you know, since he has strength and all.

Even in doing a good deed…he’s looking for a “deal”
It’s all for show…
Nothing wrong with negotiating a salary and benefits.
Strain at gnats and swallow camels little fool.
Salary negotiation last I checked is a two sided "deal" if she needs $200Kan the position pays $60 there will be no deal, otherwise what the he*& do you want him to do hire her on the spot?
May have been impromptu, but the cameras were rolling. A professional showman with money to burn was on the stage. Can you say You're Fired! In a year or so?
The "good deal" was for her you moron. You are so blind with hate you deserve Hillary.
not so he isnt hiring people with out checking them -- He has likely learned his lesson
NOW if the media is smart they will investigate and make sure she isn't a PLANT
The word "deal" rarely has nefarious intentions, as you insinuate. Heck, your spouse is currently in the middle of a "deal" putting up with you. When you exchange ten bucks for a burger and fries for lunch you're making a "deal". Posting here for free as long as you aren't too nasty constitutes a " deal". I hate how people disparage Trump just because of his frequent use of the word "deal". Granted, there are plenty of other reasons to disparage him.

That is the law…we live under grace. There is a difference. We have freedom.
I Cor 10:23 & 24 “Everything is permissible”–but not everything is beneficial. “Everything is permissible”–but not everything is constructive. Nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others
"Nobody should seek his own good, but the good of others"
Can I ask? Do you think a god / god belief is REQUIRED to teach / learn / apply that?
I have noted that I do not believe a god / god belief is REQUIRED for ANY 'good' (or 'bad') characteristic / action etc.
I have offered that a 'good' is so when it is beneficial TO OTHERS - and a 'bad' is so when it is harmful TO OTHERS.
AND... That no god / god-belief is required to determine such - or, again, teach, learn or apply such.
Zappa, does a computer need to believe in humans in order to do what the computer was designed to do?
You are made in the image of God, and whether you believe that or not is your business. But if you don't believe in God, the problem then becomes that there is no such thing as good or bad at all, because there is no objective morality.
So you can't actually believe that something is good or bad, right or wrong, just or unjust, because there is no morality or justice in a universe without objective moral law. And there cannot be objective moral law without an ultimate standard of some sort, and a supreme Judge who is infallible.
So you cannot say that Hitler was wrong to murder the Jews. You cannot say murder is wrong, or that rape is wrong, or anything else is wrong. Because "wrong" simply doesn't exist unless God exists. You cannot say that it's unjust for homosexuals to be persecuted, you cannot claim that racism is wrong or unjust, because without an ultimate standard of justice and an ultimate judge, then there is no such thing as injustice.
So the question is not "Is a God-belief required for any good action?" It's not. That's obvious. But the concept of good and bad themselves make no sense if you don't believe in God. Good and bad are delusion without a God belief. And if you say God does not exist, you also must say that morality and justice do not exist, and that these concepts are just as delusional and made-up as God.

It’s just a show to him…
God help us. My son is in the Army. I wish he would have chosen any other branch.
Odds are, he is better than Hillary. Hillary is lying and doing cover-ups as she is running for office. So image what it would be. If she was in office. — Hey…that should be in a commercial or aid.
@rob Being better than Hillary is no recommendation!! Nearly all in the race are. Trump is right on a few issues but wrong on too many others for my vote. Of course the season is still just getting started so we shall see what happens!

I’m sure that money would help his campaign a ton! Won’t stupid sign guy have egg on his face if that turned out to be true!
You are correct. When this all settles down, she is the ultimate one responsible. Had her animal been current on vaccines 1) no quarantine for the bite (not in most jurisdictions anyway) and 2) wouldn't have contracted parvo. Now that being said, the animal control shelter is culpable to the extent that they have obviously no concern about the well being of those they are in charge of.
Upon reading the story, it seems like she had a break in her fence and that is how the dog got out. She fixed the fence. She complied with the Animal Control officers at every step of the way. She paid for a license and vaccines, as per the requirement. She once again did everything that was required of her to do for her dog and getting her fenced fixed.
What didn't happen was the DAC, did not do what they expect for minimal care for pet owners themselves. Inadequate housing, making animals, lay down and sleep in infected urine and feces. Not providing adequate food and water, these are basic needs.
And as for the bite, the story does not say how or why that occurred. Did the dog run wild and just start attacking the first person it saw? Did someone taunt the dog and it retaliated? Did someone stick their hand thru the fence to try and pet it? So, we don't know why the bite occurred.
The only thing I can fault the owner on right now is the license and vaccinations, but she got current, for all that was worth. If the DAC found your dog in those conditions, you would be going to court, after having your pet removed.
