  I teach and I am conservative and I can promise you in Texas, there is no conspiracy to indoctrinate your kids.

  This cross-circular crap is an attempt to get rid of social studies instruction because Social Studies is rarely tested on statewide exams until Middle School, but math is tested every year.

  An elementary school in my district did the same thing several years ago. The math problems were like “If the Mayflower sailed west at 15 mph and an Native American in a canoe goes east at 10mph, when will they meet?”
