  Every decision that is made upon diversity over talent, performance or skill is a slur upon those chosen for that reason. It is demeaning to those who advanced because of diversity. We are telling them that they cannot compete with the best and brightest so we’ll skew the rules based on skin color. Consequently, they will never excel because we are always lowering the bar on objective measurement. The color of skin, and a host of other politically correct poppycock serve to celebrate mediocrity over excellence and we all suffer because we have allowed the politically correct crowd to redefine the word “fairness”.
