His defense should be… “Vice President Joe Biden revealed that he told his wife to fire warning shots off their balcony if an intruder were near. “If there’s ever a problem,” Biden said he told his wife, Jill, “just walk out on the balcony here–walk out, put that double barrel shot gun and fire two blasts outside the house.

I don’t think a D.A. would be stupid enough to prosecute this case. All it’s gonna take is one level jurist to let this guy walk. I hope the NRA or some local gun group defends him.

some good attorney needs to sue that hag for everything she’s worth. That is unacceptable, she is obviously biased against particular religions.

She can try pleading the 5th in civil court. But they only need to tip the scale to 51 to 49 percent. She shouldn’t be able to buy a vowel when the plaintifs are done with her.

In my opinion Hitlery believes she is untouchable. I wish this man the best in bringing the truth to light.

anybody catch Democrat Rep Lloyd Digger of Texas his testimony recited Citzens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington around 4 times. He was defending the IRS scrutiny of the Tea party groups tax exempt status.

Guess which evil dude is a major donor…… If you said Soros, you are winner.

Brooks-Hodge appears to be a hateful and ignorant human being and racist. If there was an award for worst councilwoman she would probably get an award she earned.

how do you know he doesn’t already have one? just more babble from him to distract from benghazi and the other real news.

With all the shots the law enforcement officers were firing. I’m sure they would have noticed if the suspects were actually hit. They would have known it couldn’t have been by one of their own, and the civilian that actually hit the perps would have either been arrested because it’s a gun free boston, or it would have been swept under the rug and the officers would have been patting themselves on the back for their remarkable marksmanship.

proof you don’t have a clue. The 2nd bombing supspect is too young to legally own a gun. Do you really think he cared about your thoughts in any way?

after hearing the few clips of the feds, police… firing hundreds of shots and only hitting the suspect, once possibily twice (as they think he might have shot himself, probably because he felt bad for all of the law enforcement officers missing him with those deadly caugh.. caugh assault rifles)

The only reason you would be against gun ownership is cause a blind homeowner would have probably shot the suspect with less effot and saved Boston thousands of dollars in damage to innocent homeowners possessions, not to say the money for the ammo.

If he hasn’t been doing his firearms training he is a lawsuit and liability waiting to happen

New) Sec. 2.5 Annual Range Qualification
The annual range qualification shall consist of range fire approved by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board.

Sec. 1 defines “peace officer” as any person who by virtue of his office or public employment is vested by law with the primary duty to maintain public order or to make arrests for offenses, whether that duty extends to all offenses, or is limited to specific offenses…

This looks like something the IRS should be investigating. How much are they receiving without paying taxes oh wait, now they will claim freedom of religion and that they are ministers,,,

Perhaps some of the people that have been illegally detained by their motorcade should sue. It might get messy but where there is $$$$ there is a way.

need this dude alive. he’s not the top of the food chain, just a soldier. Bottom line LE had to get some pictures to the public showing he was walking and alive when he was turned over. Now if he dies before interrogation, we all should know something shady is going on.

I’d personally like to see him in good condition and the interrogators with lots of salt before his wounds heal, but that will never happen.

  • April 20, 2013 at 1:29pm

I think this is a case of LE protecting their own. They are showing he was walking when they passed him to the FEDS. Now if he magically passes away before giving up information on who his handlers are, how he made contact, if and how much he was paid… bottom line, this shows some LE is good and on the side of the people still.

Your boy piers morgan has signs in front of his house saying “warning armed response”. lots of hypocrites on the left.

Nobody here is advocating people interfere or even assist the police with their weapons. They are merely stating if your block was locked down. I bet most liberals would want a gun in this situation. If the choice was being in your house with a bomber or defending your house. It’s nice to have a decision to buy a gun. A shotgun is close range, might set off any bombs he may be carrying.

she said. “I would rather him praying than smoking or doing drugs.”

Funny how things work. He’s in a place that’s very hot right now.

I remember we couldn’t wear certain flag shirts when we were in middle school. It could lead to fights and at times did. I can understand the school saying the shirt wasn’t appropriate during school hours. That being said the kid shouldn’t have been arrested. Sent home to change shirts.. sure..but not arrested.

although his timing was poor he is correct. If you look at the LA RIots gun control. You’ll find alot of liberals and control advocates were furious they couldn’t get a gun to protect themselves. The Korea town merchants were out in force with assault weapons standing guard of their properties. There is a time for defense.

Personal Defense Weapons (or assault rifles) may be needed at certain times. However, I’d prefer this crazy bomber kid not get close enough to my property to blow it up.

nobody told the guys they were pretty… did they?

  • April 19, 2013 at 1:41pm

I just want the kid to live long enough to tell everyone who his handlers are. He didn’t do this with just his brother. Who was the money behind them? Have we already seen the answer? Once they know if he acted alone he should be eliminated.
