  • There are two ways to “come out.” Mans way, and God’s way.
Man’s way says “Look at the sinner I am. Accept it. I’m open about my sin. I come out IN my sin. ”
God’s way says, “Look at the sinner I am. I repent of it. I’m open about my sin. I come out OF my sin.”

Homosexuality is sin just like any other sin. We are ALL born with inbred sin in our hearts…but that doesn’t mean we surrender to it, we give it to God, he forgives us, and we no longer live in sin.

  • Mr. Fleck is an embarrassment to our community. If we need to have sympathy or empathy for anyone in this situation, it is his wife. She is devastated, not “his best friend” as the paper incorrectly implies. Mr. Fleck DOES NOT reflect the values of Huntingdon County, and be sure that his days of uncontested primaries are over. Liberals in our area (the ones by the college) love him to death, and now his popularity with them will increase all the more. But in the second most conservative county in PA, this is not going to fly. He will be opposed by a person of principle in the primary, and he will lose. He has EVERY right to live how he wishes, and we have every right to vote him out of office. His values are not God’s values and they are not our values.

  • It’s not our place to judge based on our own standard, however we MUST judge others according to God’s Word: “Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?” (I Corinthians 6:2). The “don’t judge” philosophy is not only a cop-out, but also not Scriptural in the least. “By their fruits ye shall know them.”

Rep. Fleck is living in direct violation to God’s word. The fruits of his life show that he has betrayed his wife, his community, and his constituents. This is not representative of the good folks of Huntingdon County. We will oppose him as we would anyone else who had a moral failure. He is not the example we want our young people to follow – he is not our true representative. He will be replaced. He certainly has a right to live whatever lifestyle he chooses, but we also have the right to replace him with someone of morals and integrity. And we will.

  • Mitt Romney is absolutely the man for the job! He’s got my Tea Party vote, though I’ll have to register republican to vote in the primary! Finally a man who can be President and make us proud again…Romney/Rubio 2012!

  • Sick. Absolutely sick. The left is trying to politicize the death of precious people and the wounding of others. Sick. I’m a proud Tea-Partier: I believe in a very limited government and that the second amendment is vital to our nation’s security. I’ve listened to Rush, Hannity, and Beck for years. Not once have my firm beliefs EVER brought me to think about killing a politician!!! Beck & Rush should sue these people for defamation of character. It’s sick.

  • Keith Olbermann is being absolutely despicable. Facts: Loughner was liberal. Some of his favorite books were “Mein Kampf” and “The Communist Manifesto.” Facts: Glenn has never advocated violence. NEVER. Not once. How cheap that a desperate and failing man like Olbermann has to politicize the death of a young child, a judge, and others. Sick. Sick. Sick.
