Telling everyone how rich Hilary is isn’t going to help her street cred. Keep it up.

I once got a jury pool tossed after engaging in a back and forth with the defense attorney. He repeatedly asked potential jurors if they could set aside prejudices and find someone innocent if it could be proven they didn’t intend to break the law. Everyone there heard the word “prejudices” and nodded their heads when asked without really paying attention to what he was saying. I lit him up when he got to me, asked what intent had to do with it, explained that if I were stopped speeding on my way home and claimed I hadn’t intended to speed I was still getting a ticket. One of the prosecutors that had been rolling her eyes as he worked the room looked at me and smiled nodding. He tried to reword it and I came right back telling him I had never heard of such a thing, if they did it, they’re guilty, maybe the intent could be considered in the punishment, but not in determining guilt . After an hour lunch break, we went home.

    Now this, I feel ill.

Why does he have to be a troll? I was raised to respect the police, I am raising my kids to respect the police, I have even bought lunch for random officers when out for lunch, Understand, I have nothing but respect and support. However, my business was broken into a few years back, the detective investigating said they had recovered everything on my list, one of the officers said they had recovered everything on my list, and when the day came that the case was done and I went to pick up everything from evidence, they had a broken cordless drill and a box of fittings that wasn’t even mine. Let’s just say someone associated with the police department has a very well stocked work shop at home. I still support them, won’t let a bad apple ruin it, but the cynical side of me wonders how many buckets there truly were as well.

“Ben Hill County Sheriff Bobby McLemore tells local news media that 28-year-old Earnest Anthony Holcomb escaped from jail Wednesday afternoon. McLemore was in the exercise yard before he went missing”

So are we looking for an escaped convict or a missing sheriff’s deputy?

This was just a wellness check. They’re not coming sirens blazing, amber parking lights on in front of his house at most.

    150,
You can say it 100 times, it won’t make it true.

This story has managed to achieve a numbing balance between right and wrong.

“Police were not releasing the ages of the children.”

Bet they’d release it in a heartbeat if they were actually too young to walk to school.

“…….traffic was beginning to become heavy with citizens heading to work……”

Who talks like this? People, people heading to work.

Maca has the label in the link, 104 teaspoon servings for $25, Ashwagandha is $17 for 68 teaspoon servings.

Someone really did their homework on this one. Guess I’ll get back to work, my head is hurting……..
