  • I voted for her last time, and I’ll vote for her again.

  • Here are a couple of news stories about Utah Getting rid of concealed carry permits:

  • Also, Utah is proposing to get rid of the concealed carry permit altogether. Citizens can conceal carry without being required to have a permit anymore. Of course, there were some protests by some of the liberal Calfirnicans that have moved into the state, but the vote to abolish it overwhelmingly passed, with just 2 Democrats (probably the only two in the entire state legislature) voting against it. Looks like it will very likely become the law.

  • Another classic is the “Three wolves howling at the moon t-shirt”. It was made popular by Dwight from the TV show The Office.

  • My wife and I both voted for Mia. Unfortunately, there was a LOT of outside money thrown at this race. It was the most expensive race in Utah history. The Democratic super PACs did to Mia, as they did to Romney. There were a lot of personal attacks, and attacks on her character. It was the dirtiest congressional race that I had seen in my lifetime in Utah. I guess too many of my fellow Utahns bought into that garbage.

  • O.K. Tagg and I were friends in college at BYU. Mitt’s nephew was also my roommate for 3 years. I know Tagg, he’s no slouch. I’m putting my money on him! Lawrence would have his butt handed to him!

  • I watched this live – Romney was HILARIOUS! Never knew he had that in him. I was laughing so hard, I was in tears! Obama, on the other hand was kinda lame. Still laughing from Romney……

  • When he was asked to help save the Olympics, he also refused a salary. He devoted all of his time, energy, and talents, and asked for nothing in exchange.

When his father George Romney died, Mitt donated all of his inheritance to charity. Mitt probably donates more to charity each year than all of the Democrats in Washington put together.

There is a pattern here, Mitt is just a good man.

  • o.k. I will come out and admit that I know the Romney’s personally. I was friends with Tagg at BYU and roommates with Mitt’s nephew. I know a lot about his family, and have insights into how great they really are. All of the crap in the media spouts is so far from the mark as to the character and integrity of Mitt.

Anyway, I was going to say that Mitt gives much more to charity than he declares. He doesn’t declare everything that he gives to the poor and needy.

Also, it’s not just his money, it’s his time, talents and energy that he uses to help others. The money is nothing compared to all of the things he does to help others out. I’m talking about Mitt and his sons personally taking care of the widows in their area by moving their lawns and pulling their weeds. Every year their family helps all sorts of people out during Christmas time, by buying them presents and food and giving it anonymously. Do you know how many families does secret Santas for? He won’t talk about these things, he won’t brag, but he is truly a great man.

He does so much more to help others than he would ever admit. He has been truly an example to me. His family adores him and his sons really look up to him.

All one has to see, when there aren’t cameras around, just how sweet and loving he is to his wife. He loves her and treats her like a queen. He tends to her every need. Truly an example of how a man should treat his wife.

  • I’m in her district and I’m voting for her. She’s great. She’s running against Jim Matheson, Who is a 4 time Democrat representative.

Granted, Matheson is quite conservative for a Democrat (one of the blue dogs), and he has voted conservatively, but during the whole Obamacare debacle, he was “undecided” for a while, before he eventually voted against it. I was afraid that he would bend to his party leadership. I would be afraid that if another critical vote were to come up that he may give in to his leaders in the Democrat party.

Mia is smart and more conservative and I feel would do a great job. She’s got my vote.
