I like hearing this from younger generations but I think it is kinda silly to give a podium to a 12 year old that speaks of politics. Faith, I can see it. God speaks through the mouths of babes. But politics? I will not jump on any bandwagon just because the one speaking the message is saying what I think and agree with. I still consider the source and the source in this case is vastly inexperienced. I agree with what he is saying but he is just echoing the words of another. I hope he continues down this path it is refreshing.

I remember this conservative 13 year old who wrote for multiple outlets that was praised for his views. I did not care for his opinion on a national level either. He later stated that he was no longer conservative and now a liberal.

I specifically remember being around 18 years old and having very liberal views. Then I gained some wisdom about the topic and evolved past my “feelings” and became conservative. That’s great he feels that way but I am more interested in the idea that someone is letting him or encouraging him to have those views since I am sure that he did not come to those conclusions all by himself.

I do not care what ANY 12 year old has to say about politics and politicians unless it is a small discussion between me and the youth. His opinion on the large scale means absolutely zero and is not validated by the color of his skin.

These guys need to either somehow get proper support or they are toast.. I hate to say it. But as soon as these isis pukes learn that there are no jets or artillery heading their way after they attack they will overrun their positions and wipe them out if not worse take them hostage. I know from the video you cant see it all but it did not look like anyone was pulling guard in case of their position being overrun. All I saw was some resting back with their guns sometimes out of their hands waiting for an opportunity to get out of there while the camera man was kinda nervously laughing and narrating.

I DO NOT question their bravery but unfortunately they do not have the support they need to properly fight. I have been on many missions to go recover the white SUVs and the body parts of private security and missionaries who thought they could handle it.. It is only a matter of time….

My cousin died of a drug overdose. He served three tours in Iraq. After the third and final tour it became too much. He sought help. He’s dead. I served only one tour over in that near treeless dust bowl of a diesel wasteland. I’m disabled. Only reason I went after any disability is because of my father, who is a Vietnam Vet, convinced me that I needed too. Took me 9 years after I got back to seek it out because I didn’t want to go through all the red tape and because my injury is not visible and no one would ever know and I felt others deserved it more.

It has to be the cruelest joke that the ones who volunteer and my end up giving it all are at the mercy of the ones who are only in it for themselves and feed their way of life with the sacrifices of others. I can say I have hate in me and I know which direction I look when it boils to the surface……

Oh and I am going to spread the word to others who I know use Angie’s List who would be interested in not using your service anymore…

That is a two way street there Mr. Oesterle!!! I will not use Angie’s List ANYMORE!! Not so much as because I agree or disagree with the Religious Freedom bill but because I despise companies who act sociopolitical and attempt to try and be diverse by alienating others.

No Mikeil305 is referring to a scuba incident that involves The-Monk..

I think you shot all credibility with this one The-Monk. At least with me. I actually liked reading your past comments but now I know you full of hot air.

Not sure of your motivation for telling such a tall tale but it was a well documented event that day and there was no mention of anyone in scuba gear. Also unless you had some sort of cold water gear and experience in that environment a scuba rescue would have proved very difficult in that frigid water that was nearly all covered in ice and jet fuel. As for your comment on police state, even emergency crews could not reach the site for some time due to the weather and traffic that day. As you can tell from the article a helicopter was the main reason anyone survived. One person did jump in from the river bank to rescue a survivor that slipped from the helicopter. That person was close to the shore.

I am a US Army Disabled Veteran and I advise against anyone just giving to this individual. The stinks of a scam. At the very least it is rather unprofessional to use the military as a sympathy ticket to try and get money. If it is real then you should rethink this. If it is a scam then you are scum…
