  The Constitution is gone the rule of law is dead. Communist will not allow voters to use the ballot box to remove the corrupt Statist Government they’ve worked sixty years to establish. Today’s Congressional inquiries are smoke and mirrors ploy to sucker the TEA Party into believing they are finally making headway against the “Chosen One” while, behind the scene, he ties up loose ends and ‘closes’ all the escape routs!

  “AP” is responsible for this article… they “spin” everything, so we do not know who shot the girl, we do not know how many shots were fired. In fact eariler in this thread witnesses thought “Dalton Smith” shot the girl!
  Personally I believe the standard issue duty weapon should be a .45. The practice of spraying with the 9mm debacle is just another unintended consiquence of the “witless” incompetence of concerned “caring” prog Brass! The .45 has a huge knockdown advantage, and that’s ‘why’ it is not used!

  TRUE: As I noted above. The NY magazine law is a seven round limit with one in the pipe. Eight in the weapon is legal but an unconstutional regulation that is being contested!

  FASTGEN1 Come on, the article was written by “AP” they ‘spin’ everything. So we don’t know the Officer shot the girl, or how many shots he fired. In fact since the Attica Prison uprising when the Rochester Forensic Pathologist Coroner was fired for telling the truth that the Prison Guards, held as hostages, were killed by State Police… You can’t trust the Coroner’s word either. I’m all for weeding out bad cops, but if this Officer actually killed that girl, well he’s just devastated and needs all the help and prayers he can get. The fact is the bullet may have come from his weapon, but that despicable perp is the killer!

  This story is just awful, but, once again, ny progs show us why it’s stupid to live in ny. Blame progs for letting virtually ‘all’ felons out on parol after serving around a third of their sentience. (Apparently not in this case however.) Then blame progs for equipping officers with underpowered duty weapons, hence spray and pray. 9mm is an abomination. I’ve always thought a .45 in the hands of well trained officers is far more effective and safer.
  I was also chagrinned to read the AP dutifully pointed out the officer fired only 8 shots… putting him in compliance with ny ‘s unconstitutional magazine restriction.
