So at what point do we look at the 4th and 5th amendment. We have a right to be free from “investigations” by the government and we have the right to not cooperate with any police agency including child services. I find it horrifying that NO ONE is bringing up that the dad is “being checked out” by child services for NOTHING. WE have a right to be left alone, we have a right to be silent, a right to NOT be harassed by the government. The lawyer should be filing a harassment suit , a restraining order and a cease and desist order for the state agencies involved. The “investigation” will net nothing but to infringe on the rights of the child and the parents.

My wife and I watched the show last night and we have made a decision. Glenn is a sell out. I know many of you think this already. I tried to not give up hope. A few examples. Glenn talks about non-violence when it was the government who started the violence.The victims in both cases had nothing more than “allegations” no concrete data to support the force used. They were made examples of, nothing more. Glenn has this hippy dippy, lay down and die attitude.Must be nice when you have armed guards and attack dogs and millions of dollars ( not jealous it is just a fact).Whether he believes it or not he IS one of THEM now. He talks about distracting garbage on his various shows on GBTV and you are forced to get altered news at other places. Which as we know is slanted/altered to scare or misinform you. As others have said in past posts where is the questions with boldness. Oh I forgot if i question anymore I am a kook or a nut. There are so many things our government are doing but Glenn and his cronies are not interested. Where is the talk about the Muslim brotherhood or presidents association with them. What about Libya and the unconstitutional stuff Barry the lier is doing day after day. How about our money. Stopped talking about that a while ago. Instead of talking about how to prepare for the coming Obamacare storm he has a stupid dinner with failed politicians. What about shows about people in Texas getting arrested because of smart meters? and on and on

I sit here watching Glenn on his daily show and i have to ask 1 question. What did Alex say that was incorrect? In fact Glenn is using Alinsky tacticts to discredit him. Why? because he is competition to him. God Bless ya Glenn , but you are not right on this issue.

call me a jerk, a racist, go back to where ever, but I kinda agree with the guy. Over 2000 black babies die each year due to abortion, no one cries. When Jews are killed by bombs in Israel , no one cries. When Billybob, ( or Rufus or whoever) beats his baby mama to death you will be lucky it reaches the news at all. I could go on for as many days as this has been on the news I hope you all get the point. It sucks , people die. Yes I have lost loved ones and I cried, but not for 4 days and on, and on and on and on. If you don’t like what I have said fine, just remember my home is NOT a gun free zone and I live in a conceal and carry state and I exercise my right EVERYWHERE. As a note, notice the press is not talking about how a guy with a LEGAL gun stopped the guy in Oregon.

I have written my reps and guess what, they DON’T LISTEN, much less read what you send. That is the problem. I sent a letter to my Senator and got a nice and crisp FORM LETTER, which I add, had nothing to do with the issue in my letter. Once elected they stop paying attention to us serfs and only to large contributers, why else do they spend 8-10 hrs a day fund raising. This is not opinion, it is fact if anyone wants I can include the letter I sent as well as the reply. It’s all a joke. You just don’t get it yet.

To all who disbelieve and the bigots who commented on this story. The issue of driving while black is the story and it is real. In my life I have been pulled over about a dozen times, no traffic violations, lots of questions, offers to search my car. I know as a non black the concept of a cop being a bigot and applying that bigotry on the job is really something you wish to not believe, but it exists. I also wish to say for shame to all you “back to Africa” bigots and the Blaze web site for letting this kind of garbage be in not one comment or two, but 4 pages. . I am sorry that you feel so inadequate that you have to use that old bigoted comment to make you feel superior to blacks. If you don’t want to believe the story fine, but as I have long suspected on the Blaze that GB has an agenda which includes keeping the division intact. I am horrified that this seemly informative site is so full of hate and ignorance. I know my comment will fall on deaf ears, bigots only hear what they want and they don’t believe this stuff is real and yes, you are bigots not raciest, you have no power other than your ability to say things that, in a crowd of blacks, whether man or woman, you would hide and keep your bigoted mouth shut. People seem to forget the near riots that happened when the truth first came out. Many Penn State students, past and present came forward and decried the allegations which in fact, were facts. They all stood by as this perv did his freak on to kids. I believe the school go off easy, Any of you that thinks that what he did is not reflected in the school including GLENN BECK, should be ashamed of yourselves. You all seem to be open to crucifying priests for the discretions of a few. People still blame “the church” for what a few did, with good cause, as the church did hide and in fact turn the other cheek when they possessed knowledge of abuse ( Sound familiar). Was that even everybody? Think of all that didn’t come forward. Other than sports what was Penn State good for? Indoctrination? The fine of $60 Million was a joke, it didn’t even hurt the school to cut that check, so now people who go there might actually have to LEARN SOMETHING other than sports plays. Isn’t that what college was for?
