  • ,,,another one bites the dust! damn I can’t get this song out of my head now =)

Seriously though, cyclist riding on highways suck, literally. If you pause the video just in the right place you can see just how limber that first cyclist is when he’s within reach of sucking himself. However, as a sportbike rider myself I will say that the biker looks pretty noob. He seems to have that deer in headlight look when he plowed the cylcists. I would have flipped my bike over end or laid it on its side to prevent hitting the cyclist. Actually, I would have made that turn at triple the speed and NOT hit the cyclist. Didn’t look like he was going very fast at all to lose his track like that. Yep, total noob. Just saying.

Why do you waste your time trolling sites like these?? Where in your own statistical analysis do you consider the total gun ownership by all households and individuals? Statistically a gun owner is far more likely to die of old age and pass his guns down to his children and grandchildren than to kill somebody or someone in his family for that matter. Out of the hundreds of millions of guns here in the US some 50% or greater households have a gun, and a quick google search claims that there are 90 guns to every 100 americans, so where exactly are the tens if not hundreds of millions of suicides and family murders you claim by your own data? Yeah I’m being a little facetious, I know what you were trying to say while being a troll, but try looking at all the facts before throwing out your liberal opinion. There are tens of thousands of people killed in car accidents while hundreds of millions commute safely. Now by my own argument I will say that I do care about those that are killed by guns, not just because you fking liberals will use the gun-ban arguments against millions of law abiding citizens who own them, but because these are real lives that were lost, and many of them needlessly. Something like .0004% of people who own guns will be involved in any murder whether it be in self defense or otherwise. So why take them away from everyone? Guns do not define who I am and my gun is simply a tool, whether in sport or self defense.

Oh and one last thing since your ‘reporting’ left it out. Your story is very misleading. The hexa copter pictured here is $3,000! Without gimbal and camera!! So let’s add this up and see if one of you average bums can actually afford it.

S800 bare w/standard GPS for stabilization and recovery (not waypoints!) : $3,000
    Camera gimbal: $3,500
    Panasonic cam: $1,000
Transmitter & receiver to control both s800 & gimbal: 1,200-$3,000
Or two cheaper transmitters to control S800 & gimbal separately: $1,200
Additional software to be able to follow GPS waypoints: $6,000
Batteries for 7-10min of flight time: $500+

So who’s signing up to buy one!!!!

For you broke or cheap individuals there is the F550.
    F550 bare NO GPS: $350
    Naza-M add-on w/GPS :$475
    Transmitter (no gimbal control): $150-$1,200
    Gimbal add-on: $500 +/-
    Camera (go-pro): $399
    F550 legs: $70-$100
Batteries for 12min flight time (w camera payload): $100 +/-

Hmmmm, sure sounds to me like they’re a little more than a few hundred dollars.

Oh and one more thing. I always suspected that as these rc heli’s grew more and more intelligent and more efficient, that one day some ******* (presumably leftist) would come up with a dangerous way to use them as a reason to take them away. I suspected that one day these very fascinating and fun to fly rc’s would be brought into the public spotlight as a bad thing. I never dreamed that it would be a republican (or libertarian since you all converted) based organization that would do this, much less The Blaze!!!! I am extremely disappointed and think this might just be the straw that broke the camels back.

Consider my annual subscription to GBTV and The Blaz’ing idiots cancelled.

  • Why is it that with many of you everything has to be divided and one sided and involve guns if you don’t like something??? This is a toy for crying out loud!! I’ve been an rc air hobbyist (mostly helicopter) for years and as some folks here have already said, this tech is not new! Ok, well hexa copters and quad copters with intelligent flight control aren’t exactly old, but the ability of attaching a camera to anything rc is not new. Miniature aerial photography without the need of a million dollar full sized heli has always been an exciting extension to an already amazingly fun rc sport.

Get off your high horse and accept that everybody else has rights too, including your fellow republican such as myself! And no, just because a copter has a camera on it doesn’t mean it’s being used to peep or invade or whatever it is you think it’s doing. It’s like the saying of ‘guns don’t kill people’. Uh oh did I hit a nerve on that one or did I just make more sense than you are able to comprehend??

Oh and stop giving all of us law abiding gun owners a bad name by spewing your BS of how you’re going to shoot everything you don’t like or understand. It’s all BS and you’re ALL talk!

  • @KRYPTONITE

Meh, whatever, you’re right and everybody else is wrong. There ya happy now…

  • @KRYPTONITE

I’ll say that you’ve definitely made a vigorous effort to twist every single thing I’ve said line by line and extrapolate something entirely different to your own hearts ‘contempt’, or shall I say vivid imagination, despite the few facts that are indeed known in either case. I don’t pretend to know more about what is really going on with this story or the Trayvon case, but nor should you. I was going to address your last response line by line same as you did because you obviously did not read or understand my A) B) C) scenarios and literally twisted or completely missed the last one all together but I’m done with this discussion. We can sit here all day and try to figure out in your own world how everything must either be a conspiracy or government initiative to oppress your views (am I atleast close to the mark on this one?). So be it, I’ve given my thoughts on the matter which I do not do often because of how brutally disingenuine the public space such as this forum often can be. I’m not gonna waste anymore space on this page debating someone who is so lost from rationality that you might actually live in your own dimension (ever watch fringe?).

Btw, I’m 34, married 14yrs, two children 12 & 4, own guns, christian, republican, served this country and still live by the oath, and hands are as deadly if not more deadly than any gun. Am I ‘good’ enough now? How about you?

  • And back to A) I see someone ‘suspicous’ but they’re really not doing anything wrong, I confront the person but do not assault them or threaten them, they hit me and they have me on the ground and I’m in fear of my life, I shoot them to save my life, but I have a hell of alot of explaining to do.
