And you have no purpose but to whine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps the best example yet of how one party tends to place more importance on the feelings of a very small minority over those of the majority.

Make no mistake – these thieves had no “change of heart”….they only felt badly that they had stolen from a charity, and will research their victims better in the future. They are still thieves. A change of heart implies seeing the error of your ways.

Indeed, Mr. Todd, NBC News may not have anything to do with the Hillary miniseries, but I bet NBC News has something to do with NBC……complaints should be directed to NBC – I agree – but that doesn’t remove the blemish on NBC News.

If Seattle is so sensitive about a reference to the brown paper bags used to pack lunches in, fine, but they need to understand something about their other beef…..all citizens are residents, but not all residents are citizens.

This is indeed good news……if the muslims don’t want to have any croissants around, that means there will be more available in the stores for me…….I love ‘em. By the way, anyone know where I can get my hands on some of those croissant donuts ?

Crowds at public events dissipate at varying rates. If, as the article reports, the unrest did not begin until the police started trying to disperse the folks, then THIS would have been the ideal moment, and the absolute correct moment, for our President’s famous “the police acted stupidly” statement……

Anthony Weiner is the perfect prescription for New York…….the folks there would be more likely to put up with a Mayor who busies himself with other things besides what they eat and drink.
LOL. You may be onto something there. Can we get Obama hooked on this obsession?
Oh wow! Think how lucky we would all be if Obama would have just wanted to be Chicago mayor.

Those of you who are cheering for the high school reporter, you are free to do so, but posing a false choice question is not an appropriate journalistic method. Despite the national coverage ad nauseum of the Zimmerman trial, it was still a state matter, so any protection that would be required of any person involved with the case would be provided by the state of Florida, not the President of the U.S.A.

As we comment here, there is someone developing the next successful business in this debacle with drones…….The Drone Eliminator.

If I may, MrWolfy, I believe Glenn wishes to show us mankind’s journey to this point in time, and is urging all of us to be part of the writing team, and not just a character……
June 24, 2013 at 7:58am
Without seeing this production, I will speculate that Glenn is not out to lift any particular ideology or step on another…….he is showing us who we have been, who we are, and lets us decide for ourselves how we should end the story.

A rudimentary understanding of English grammar is helpful – “that” refers to other than a person – if they had been fired as a result of a person’s actions, “who” would have been used.

Yes, you are certainly missing something. I feel sorry for you, and anyone else who has never experienced the catharsis of a “laughing fit”. It is something you cannot fully understand without having had one yourself……

Outrage should be everyone’s first reaction to the commission of a crime against a person, irregardless of that person’s sex, ethnicity or where the crime took place. I certainly feel for this woman who was raped, but even though she cannot be blamed for what happened to her, poor decision making put her in a less than safe situation in a foreign country. Hitch-hiking is a risky practice anywhere, and accepting a ride with a truck full of unknown men certainly tends to compound the risk. Having a companion with you at all times when out of your home country should be a common sense decision.

Despite the man’s English not being so good, it is apparent that the “fraud” and “fake” statement refers to the REASONS that his nephews committed the act of terrorism, not a statement that Islam is fake.
Of course, there will be many folks who distort statements and contrive conspiracy theories as with any news story…..

Three human beings dead, over 100 injured, some horribly, and some Muslims are worried about the PR harm to their religion……..Such caring people.

Question for the President’s next press conference : “Mr. President, will your administration be reacting with the same speed and determination used following the Benghazi attack ?”

To be famous in any field of endeavor, a person must have an ego larger than most people, and it tends to grow even larger with greater fame. Unfortunately, they sometimes fail to recognize those situations that are not about “them”, and do or say inappropriate things. They have a great need psychologically to be centers of attention.
