  Please be advised that your protocols are ridiculous, and so are you for hiding behind them. These teachers and administrators are so over-reacting. Time to drain the swamp, fire the entire public school system and start over.

  Here’s another thought. The Home Owner has to live with this, possibly threats from the family. The Home Owner should be able to SUE the family, mother, wife, sister for damages, mental anguish etc. for failing to raise, counsel, coach, positively influence the deceased, given his long record of societal failure.
