  You know, when Democrats loose elections you never hear anyone saying “They need to stop advocating Gay marriage, and they to stop advocating abortion! Look at all the voters they are alienating by supporting those things!” Nope. Never. But that’s all you ever hear that the Republicans need to do. Obama did NOT win by a landslide, but by a very narrow margin in the popular vote. That is does not indicate that there is this huge disconnect from the people and the republican platform.

  Why would she make this video? Why is this guy not in jail? Well the answers to that are all in the story. It says she was never allowed to testify in court against him. It does NOT say what the verdict was. So he could have been convicted, served his sentence and is out. He could have also been acquitted. It doesn’t say. Now think about this. This woman suffered unfathomable abuse and trauma both physically and mentally at his hands. we cannot imagine the pain, the scarring and the anger that was produced inside of her. She was never allowed to testify in court. She was never allowed to tell her story. She was never allowed to confront her attacker. There was no closure for her in this area. The trial ended, she escaped, she moved on and built a new life, BUT all of that baggage, pain, anger and scars went with her and still live with her today and tomorrow. NOW this person that caused all of this pops back up in her life. Why didn’t she go to the cops??? Is she mentally ill? NO WAY! She is finally able to confront her attacker who is trying to force himself back into her life. She is finally getting the chance to tell her story. She is finally telling her attacker “you will never touch me again”. She is not mentally ill. She is doing what any person who has been terribly wounded wants to do, confront the source and tell that source it is not okay, and they will never be a victim again.

  Actually the conservative stance is that we give candy to kids who trick or treat, because conservatives are generous with the money they earned. The liberals give hardly anything to charity, and instead of giving out candy, a liberal would give out plain granola with a pamphlet on the evils of candy.

  Here’s the problem. The people knocking on your door are not jack-booted Chinese soldiers, or arabs or guerrilla fighters. They will be local law enforcement, people like our neighbors. Could you really shoot somebody not that far removed from yourself? Maybe. What if you have a wife and kids to look after? Would you still go down in a blaze of glory with your guns blazing and put them at risk? As a 2nd Amendment loving gun owner these are very real questions and scenarios you need to consider and weigh. Will they REALLY have to pry it from your cold dead hand? Or will you lay it down to calm the terrified children screaming in the next room? Troubling times… troubling times… I pray none of us are ever faced with those 2 options.

  With this new system… wouldn’t anybody be able to pick up the system and hit the target at 1000yds? I mean this thing does all the calculations and adjustments for you, all you gotta do is regulate your breathing and slowly squeeze. Kinda takes a bit of the mystique away from being a sniper.

  I see what you’re saying. My question is how is this any different from some of the incredibly crass, classless and hateful things pundits on the left have said about the right, and doubled down on it as well? The only difference is that this was said about the POTUS. Some would argue that the office deserves more respect than that, others would say it doesn’t.

  As I look at the posts here the majority of statements are along the lines of “PC’ness has neutered our language and culture.” To that I would completely agree. Nobody can do or say anything without the anxiety of potentially offending somebody. It’s a field day for lawyers and activists only.

  Lastly, why are you here? What else did you expect? Did you really come to a conservative news site and expect to see people condemning Ann Coulter, or people supporting the POTUS? No you didn’t. It’s as foolhardy as me going to an MSNBC blog and expecting to see them supporting Romney.

  it’s not a Mountain Lion @ 2:09, it’s an orange tabby cat. The cat is missing the black rims on the ears and the tail is not thick enough. The coloration is really close, but it is a little too orange. It is probably the lady’s cat, and they are filming the clip in her back yard.
