I respect your point of view, but the people of the state of New York allow people like Bloomerg and Cuomo survive politically. STAND UP and FIGHT these SOB’s. Show some backbone and stop being cowardly sheep. FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT. Never give up or give in.

I have no problem with background checks.
I do have a problem with:
1. The federal government infringing on my 4th amendment right to privacy by demanding that I perform background checks for sales of my firearms to another individual.
2. The lie that the feds propagate saying that total gun registration will not happen. It MUST happen in order for UBC’s to work, otherwise there will be no way to enforce the law.
3. The federal government already infringes on my right to firearms privacy by demanding that FFL’s maintain form 4473′s thus creating defacto firearm owners registration.
4. The federal government cannot force a state to comply with any federal requirement to forward data to the NICS database (separation of power).

Patriots, keep up the good fight. Let us not bend to the will of a tyrannical and intrusive government.

Sorry, but your assertion is incorrect. The Dick Act of 1903 and as amended created the army and naval reserve (or organized militia). It also created and and explains the Unorganized or Reserve Militia, “all able body males (is suppose we should include females also) between 18 and 45.

She never mentioned that the alleged killer was out on parole after being arrested 3 time for parole violation. She never mentioned that this beautiful young lady was killed because of the incompetent, and corrupt legal system in Shitcago and Crook County.

Did she mention that this promising young ladys parents will be as guilty as the person who pulls the trigger on the next young person gunned down in shitcago because they are to busy crying about guns and not screaming about the criminal behavior of the DA’s office.

Chris, you know not what you speaketh of regarding wounds from 5.56×45 ammunition. It was designed to wound, not kill. Killed = 1 man lost, Wounded = 3 or more men lost.
It is obvious that you have no knowledge of the wound channel dynamics of a 5.56 round good aim or not.

Put these facts in your tool box for discussions with gun grabbers:
DC v. Heller 2008, weapons bans, 2nd amendment is an individual right
McDonald v. Chicago 2010, 14th amendment says 2nd amendment applies to states also
US v Miller 1939, weapons protected by the 2nd amendment.

Please do some research, do your homework.

Beachmastermax, don’t forget to tell everone that the police are under no obligation to do anything to uphold an order of restraint or protection. The police are also under no obligation to protect a person either. So, having said that who is responsible for an individuals protection?

If you and I are standing together and an armed, crazed man (I’m not sexist, most mass killers are male) approaches you bent on taking your life, shall I let him kill you and then shoot him (I’m always armed and I quite proficient with a hand gun) or do you want me to defend you? Your choice!
