My grandfather, who recently passed away at 95, was a farmer…he worked so hard, for so long…we (grandchildren) didn’t get a chance to really know him. Everyone at his funeral commented on his amazing work ethic…that of a farmer.

Sounds to me like you think the “human condition” is to blame…If that were true, no amount of laws or oversight will correct the problem…Who would you trust to write the laws? Who would you trust to the oversight process? Where did all that stimulus money go?…oversight?

The man just doesn’t know how to apologize. Let me help you Mr. Smith…say “I am sorry. Can you forgive me?” and pretty much zip it after that. Take what’s coming to you (you may have to repeat the above line a few more times…boss, wife, children)…pray for mercy…and then remember to pay that mercy forward. Simple and it works:)
