My Senator, Kelly Ayotte, was also at the White House dinner last night with John McCain, while Rand was filibustering. Senator Ayotte is considered McCain’s protege and she is being groomed for big things down the road. She was handpicked by Judd Gregg and the State party for Judd’s seat when he retired. She claims to be a conservative but is very much in the pocket of the military industrial complex.

Not sure what to make of inventory problems, but every shop should’ve been checking their records to see if they sold to Ms Lanza and if so, promptly had a paid lawyer waiting on site, because you know the Feds/gestapo are coming to drop the hammer on you.

This past summer I spent 2 weeks touring Europe with 3 couples from Venezuela. They were all small business owners. In the past 3 years they have all purchased homes in south Florida, both as an investment and in case they need to flee their country. They had countless stories of Hugo’s regime seizing businesses and property, especially those who cause trouble. I asked them why the people keep electing Chavez…..the six of them spoke in unison….”because he promises and gives free stuff and demonizes ‘the rich’ “. Since then, Chavez and Obama have won their elections…something we were all dismayed and agreed would most likely happen back in June.

The Ft. Hood terrorist killings (sorry, workplace violence) happened in Feb 2009 and the trial hasn’t even started yet……30 months came and went between events. Guess some justice has to wait for an election to play out.

Having worked for Ford Motor Credit…I could tell you stories for 3 hours of what goes on at what many refer to as the “Stealership”…..it is a time/pressure business, always has been and will be. Games with trades, invoices, add-on’s, verbal agreements….Many people figure it out after the contract is signed….I have never seen a dealer back down from a signed contract unless the employee was doing something either illegal or not sanctioned by either the GM or dealer principle. If his financing is thru GMAC, I would tell them payments are being held by my attorney in escrow until this is sorted out….very very doubtful they will initiate a repo or even report as delinquent…they don’t want any press PERIOD….trust me…I used to deal with Al Sharpton who always threatened to go to the press when he didn’t follow his contractual agreements and was called out on it. And as for the Police, I would have shown them a contract thru my window and once the word stolen was mentioned by them…..ordered them off the property / get a warrant / talk to my lawyer.
