Ummm…no, no they don’t. It may sound like they do, but the Jesus of LDS and the God of LDS is not the God of the Bible. Don’t take my word for it though:
“In bearing testimony of Jesus Christ, President Hinckley spoke of those outside the Church who say Latter-day Saints ‘do not believe in the traditional Christ.’ ‘No, I don’t. The traditional Christ of whom they speak is not the Christ of whom I speak’” (LDS Church News, week ending June 20, 1998, p.7).
“It is true that many of the Christian churches worship a different Jesus Christ than is worshipped by the Mormons or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” (LDS Seventy Bernard P. Brockbank, Ensign, May 1977, p.26 ).

Why is it the prophet mohammad, why not just mohammad, or the pedophile mohammad? Or just mo. You never hear people talk about the Son of God Jesus, or the Lord Jesus, only the prophet mohammad. Stop giving him the reverance, and maybe mo followers will leave us alone.
Right! Seems like if you want to be a prophet, you should actually...prophesy. But that's an unimportant detail. I personally like "the pedophile muhammad" label, but am also partial to the "possessed mohammed" label. The hadith, sunna, and koran have multiple instances of what (very strongly) suggest possession in the non-prophet.

It should also be a crime to sell hockey jerseys to people who don’t play in the NHL then. The difference is when I wear one, no one suspects me of being a hockey player. Perhaps when they go full throttle and claim to be military, like this guy, then there is a real issue, not in the selling of clothes.

Oh you’re going to get crucified for stupidity.
We don’t have Republican and Democrats, but sick notes are more a requirement of union positions which have paid sick days, which caters towards our NDP, or as you know them in your country, Democrats.
That is not true. Union jobs may require notes but so do nonunion jobs. It is usually partly because the employer requires the note but many times the note is required in order for the short term disability insurance to kick in if the person is sick more than 3 days.
Flu does require time away from work and often the common cold does, too.
During the winter we see hundreds of patients daily. It is always a mix of employed people who are really sick and the welfare people who have nothing better to do with their time.
Yes. Union is code word for FN liberal.
Actually it is true, due to union requirements the rest of the non union work crew still have to follow the same rules, the policy stems from unionization in the workforce, only problem is as the doctor stated, he issued the note on the hungover union workers say so not on any confirmed diagnostic, both the flu and a cold are diagnosable through a number of means, a doctor that cant do it, well lets just say that that is the quality you get with socialized medicine.
My state is a right to work state.
Hate to burst your bubble, but the “common cold” is just an observable condition. There are over 1000 viruses that can give you the symptoms of a common cold, which, I guess, MAKES it so common. It’s not able to be diagnosed because of the wide variety of viruses that cause it.

Then you are ignorant, as there are a lot of wars and killings done for riches and the promise of glory.
Wars are fought over "Glory"....Religious wars!
Define the term and check your premise about "Glory"?
Then prove me wrong? ;)

It’s not just MSNBC, why does this article call him the “prophet mohammad” instead of just mohammad? Or the child rapist mohammad?

Can’t help but laugh when I read how the guy’s a democrat. Don’t have all the information, but the police acted stupidly…seems those pesky liberals aren’t the only ones to make stupid judgements. No idea whether he’s right or left, he may have actually been paying too much attention to the ball and apologized profusely after, then gave the kid the ball. Did he? No idea, but he might have.
Sure, but your speculation about him being contrite is no where near as fun or funny as sarcastically projecting Liberalism upon him is.... or didn't you get the joke?

Kind of miss the whole point of this didn’t you bud? See, I may not agree with the LDS, and it’s one of the few things I’ve studied a lot about, but you meet people where they’re at and point the way. If the salt loses its flavour, what good is it but to be thrown out? You speak of hell without a tear in your eye, you have lost your flavour. It’d try to gear the conversation around how LDS is a progressive belief system with God always changing, but that’s just me.
I'm wondering if the male is one of the roommates. Not a good choice for ladies to have male roomies.
Too bad she didn't jump head first. Humans are the only animal on the planet that coddles the useless and allow them to compromise the gene pool.

Well once Ben Afflek writes a move about it, it will be how the CIA and Hollywood just stopped a huge attack.

My wife’s an RN who works in Emergency. She runs back and forth all day for 12 hours and has never, ever received a tip. Then there’s the McDonald’s employee that also runs back and forth their whole shift and don’t receive tips. Then there’s the guys who run from room to room filling the soaps, never receive a tip.
To me tipping for regular service is a joke, tip for great service, you are paying a fee to get the minimum amount and yes, in a restaurant, they should get the order right. Why on earth is a automatic tip required? I was asked to tip after paying $8 for a drink. Ya, right.
This comment is a very late. And regular posters here no I never resort to calling names...
.....................but you, sir, are an ass, and a cheapskate to boot!
How you can equate the salary an RN with that of a waitress (before tips) is beyond comprehension.
If your wife is an RN, she is probably making about 10-15 times as much per hour as the waitress (not counting tips). I suspect the hospital where she works has far greater profits than most restaurants. They charge the patient for the goods and service up front - the restaurant charges for the goods up front, but not the service.
If you can afford to pay $8 for a drink, you can afford an additional $2 for a tip to accompany it. If not, drink at home!

Actually he himself said it was not an analogy of Christianity or war. I’ll take him at his word.

It’s nice to see Mike Myers in the elevator scene, as I just read on facebook he was dead.
Love the video.

Where do those americans get the idea our health care is free? Maybe in quebec, but we pay monthly. What do you get for your bucks? It’s a three year wait to see a shoulder specialist here in BC. Want a MRI? 6-8 months. Frozen shoulder? Priceless.

No, it was probably because you sound dumb. If you are Canadian and you go the the states to bring back smokes, declare them, don’t try and thief them. As for the story, the guy like, then prior to them searching him he declared his guy. Dude, declare it before they pull you over. You are bringing a firearm into a different country.

“When I saw it, I almost wrecked my motorcycle because I was laughing so hard,” McAfee told the paper.
He says he almost crashed, he was laughing so hard.
Oh thanks for the clarification, I didn’t understand it the first time.

Did he get the job? It was a simply misunderstanding and to use that to poke holes in the education system is weak at best. There are more reasons to poke holes in the education system, but this is funny.
