  Planing and zoning should have something to answer about this, fertilizer plants have extreme potential for disaster. They are a bomb waiting for a source of ignition, this is no secret Ammonia Nitrate is explosive.

  If they rebuild the plant, all city office building should be relocated next to the plant. Then perhaps planing and zoning, the mayor and city officials will have a better idea on what a buffer zone is for.

  Perhaps McCain should close the border so that terrorist don’t walk across into our country instead of voting to let the illegal border crossers collect SSI like he did in the past.
