The ACLU cannot possibly pay to prosecute all of the lawsuits that they threaten. They won this round because of financial pressure, but if each of their targets made them back up their litigation threats, that would call their bluff and end the game of charades that they consistently play.

Way to go, Allen West! Finally a conservative that calls out some of these media members on questions that are completely unimportant. I hope we can see more of the same every time someone asks a candidate “Is Mormonism a cult?” or “Do you think someone can pray gay away?” or “Do you believe in evolution or creation?” or something as irrelevant as that.
