    I would’ve seen red.

I bet I can guess which ethnic group is primarily responsible for this. :/

    That’s because we are.

    <Canadian living in Canada.

As a Canadian, I fear for your country and the direction you’re headed.

    Awesome design!

Nice work blowing the first 10 minutes of debate coverage, The Blaze!

Where the hell were you on that one?

Why do we all have to wait until the last damn second before we can open your link to view the video??????

    Amen.

There is NOTHING to apologize for.

    @ Dougral Supports Israel:

That’s typically how it works. I don’t think that there’s a sovereign country in the world that would allow someone to enter with an undeclared gun of any kind. Much the same way that I can’t cross into the US with an undeclared weapon (or even declared, if I haven’t done the paperwork); Americans can’t cross into Canada with the same.

It’s not that Canada doesn’t allow handguns and rifles to be possessed here (we do); it’s a matter of filling out the paperwork and proceeding the correct way.

  • August 21, 2012 at 8:02pm

As a Canadian, I’d like to say that you’re an idiot.

  • August 21, 2012 at 7:58pm

As a Canadian gun owner, I say this without hesitation; since 9/11 the US has clamped down extremely hard on all things gun related.

It is no longer “easy” to transport firearms across the Can/US border. It can be done, but it takes time and patience with red tape.

This is a crappy situation, but we need to realize that this guy crossed an international border into a sovereign country with different laws. I can’t just fly into Germany or France and expect to follow Canadian laws while I’m there, just like Americans can’t cross into Canada and expect to follow American laws while you’re here.

  • August 21, 2012 at 7:54pm

You need to get a grip.

What part of “he crossed an international border and entered a DIFFERENT COUNTRY” are you failing to understand?

What do you think would happen to me if I crossed with one of my handguns into the US without declaring it or having the proper certification? You think the USBP would give me a high-five and send me on my way? LOL. They’d cuff me and stick me in a holding cell just as quickly as what happened to this guy.

Than I’d come on The Blaze and start beaking off about how “Americans need to get a grip”, right? That only makes sense.

What in the HELL are you talking about: “failed European policy”?

Good grief you people have your heads buried firmly up your asses.

You want to talk about failed European policy, talk about Europe. If you want to talk about the greatest debtor nation in the history of the world, talk about the US. Canada is neither. We’ve had a Conservative government for 6 years now and nobody up here bought into your Communist leaders “hope and change” policy of Marxism.

Failed European policy, I thought that Beck and The Blaze readers were supposed to be educated. LOL.

  • August 21, 2012 at 7:43pm

    And again; Canada is Socialist?

Last time I checked, we weren’t the country that elected a flat-out Communist to be their El Presidente.

Stay in the US. We don’t want or need your money.

  • August 21, 2012 at 7:41pm

    Canada is “totally Socialist”?

    LOL, check your facts, bud.

  • August 21, 2012 at 7:40pm

    Good grief.

And what do you people think would happen to me, A Canadian, if I failed to declare a handgun in my possession when asked at a border crossing? You think maybe they’d throw me in a holding cell and charge me with something similar.

Stop acting like this is a “Canadian” problem. This guy screwed up and I feel sorry for him, but as of right now YOU WISH that you (America) were as “tough on border crime” as we are up here.

I wonder how many of those people would lineup for a job?

  • December 23, 2011 at 2:23pm

You mean to tell me that it might be wrong to kill someone and steal their shoes?

  • December 7, 2011 at 5:30pm

I reported this to The Blaze 4 days ago. I’m surprised it took so long for them to recognize it.

  • October 31, 2011 at 11:31am

    They should fire these clowns.

  • October 31, 2011 at 11:31am

As a Canadian, I’m disgusted by this video.

It happened in Quebec, so I’m not entirely surprised that the JBT’s involved displayed zero common sense or self control.

The cow posed a threat to no one. What a joke.
