  • My sister was over, and I made her watch that segment, before turning to something a little lighter. She too was most impressed with the sensible, down to earth, and very charming Col West.
I love Col. West. I pointed out to my sister, did she notice how he was candid, AND DIDN’T NEED ANY STINKING TELEPROMPTER!! My sister agreed, he’s a most impressive man–BTW, as a woman, he makes my heart flutter. Col. West is a man’s man, a woman’s man, a righteous man.
Leadership is substance, NOT style. Col West has both in spades. His substance IS is style.
I cannot vote for Romeny–there’s little difference between Romney/Obama, BOTH are statists. I’ve had enough of that.
I’m writing in Col West, and Scott Walker as VP.

  • First they came for the catholics…..—now where have I heard something like that before. The world has gone mad. Those of us with faith, would be wise to now cleave to our Saviour–you know the One secularists mock us for. I pray for them.
The republic is dead–LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC, but as a nation we have turned away from God. God listens. As a nation we asked God to get out of our lives–NOT a wise decision
Not sure who said it, but one if the best tricks the devil ever pulled was to get people to believe he doesn’t exist. Secularists relish sitting in judgment of others, but sadly that’s why they have such a problem with God, they want to be the authority. Repentance for sins is foreign to them
They don’t know, or have never been taught that humility is not weakness, but restrained strength in the face of evil.
I pray for this man & his family–and for us all.
    IN GOD WE TRUST!!

Faith–which happens to be my real first name. But the greatest of these is LOVE.

Personally, I think the problem, is trying, as the song says, ‘..to do it my way–we should remind ourselves, IT’S GOD’S PLAN and trust in Him. Things go wrong when we try to do it our way, and it does not align with God’s Word. I too have to remind myself, that God’s Armour starts with shoes of Peace. I fall into the trap of allowing my emotions to occassionally rule my decisions, and react to such disturbing things happening, but anger is a distraction! We have work to do! And it starts with Peace, not our peace but that which surpasses ALL UNDERSTANDING, left by my Saviour, Jesus

  • Not sure who said it, but I think it’s more then just an expression, these days–one of the best tricks the Devil ever pulled, was to get people to believe he doesn’t exist. Very sad for those unbelievers, I too pray, for those that have replaced the bedrock foundation of Juedeo-Christian principles, with the foundation of sand of ever shifting moral relativism, and secular progressivism, very sad indeed.

  • She is quite a snarky individual. It never ceases to amaze me how the smarty-pants liberals, the supposed well educated liberals, have not clue as to recent history. Which party stood in the way of the Civil Rights passing—that would be the Democratic party members. The revisionist histroy gets soooo tedious.
As to Herman Caine, I find him smart, gracious, and possessing humility. I’m still not sure, who I’d like to see get the GOP nomination. I find it a very strong field. As to Col Allen West—be still my heart. He exudes leadership. Leadership by example, not some dopey hopey changey fluff, but rather substance.
Angry, petty Jeanine–it never ceases to amaze me, how liberals make accuations, which would be true if they were having a conversation with themselves, looking in a mirror.

  • It is sad for those misguided souls that are unfamiliar with the concept of personal responsibility. Far too many are comfortable in the chains of government. I too hope they will wake up, and some are, but as they come out of their slumber, I think important to ‘teach them to fish’, as it were. The ‘us vs. them’ game is a trap and a distraction.
That being said, the difference between the mess left yesterday on D.C. versus what was left behind after 8/28 is what gives me great hope. I was at the 8/28 rally. The way I see it, Beck was sowing seeds in fertile ground. What seeds were sown yesterday? Angst, fear, envy? Just sayin’
