KS has a voter ID law like AZ, that SCOTUS ruled doesn’t supersede federal election law. If unamended by Congress, this self-imposed paradox appearing to promote fraud, reveals a need to bolster unaffected state laws governing elections for state offices. By this, citizens of sovereign States, further united by three fourths agreement pursuant to Article 5 of the Constitution, can and must restore Article 1, Section 3, requiring selection of Senators by the State Assembly, comprised of trustworthy members well known to fellow citizens in their home communities.

Senators with no need to campaign, remain loyal to their sworn duty rather than campaign contributors. Six year terms attest to their importance as they have final say on prospective bills sent to the President, decide critical nominations by the President and enforce impeachment. Constitutionally insulating Senators from overt financial influence as the Founders intended, nullifies attempts to similarly influence House members or the President. The 17th amendment must be repealed to restore essential protections against the vast corruption now threatening America.

Nancy Pelosi, 2008 Speaker of the House and Chair of the Democratic National Convention, signed altered DNC certification for HI, enabling Obama to usurp the Presidency! His subsequent scandal ridden tyrannical reign was preventable and can be stopped by enforcing the Constitution!

Abandoning Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution, enabled a de facto president to also ignore it, including Article 2, Section 2, while inflicting death, damage and disgrace upon US.

Our Constitution disqualifies from eligibility to serve as president, those not a “natural born citizen” born in the nation to citizen parents (plural), pursuant to Article 2, Section 1, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible … .” Exempting a “citizen” from being a “natural born citizen” is self evident proof the terms aren’t equal, as crafted on the advice of John Jay, to exclude foreign allegiance.

“Permit me to hint, whether it would not be wise & seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of Foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expresly that the Command in chief of the american army shall not be given to, nor devolve on, any but a natural born Citizen.”

Congress needs to get serious with subpoenas and start enforcing perjury penalties, to quickly uncover the truth about Obama’s obvious involvement in numerous unconstitutional anti-American attacks on American life and liberty.
