Before the election I received a fundraising donation letter. My response was not no but hell no in caps with black ink. Does that count? He still won. No sweat.

Actually he could fall in and come out smelling like a rose.

Don’t you just love it? Problem is John Cornyn was a sitting judge in Texas Supreme Court. Maybe jealousy plays some part.
 April 25, 2015 at 11:22pm
No, the people in Texas are in it for Ted Cruz who came from behind to beat a sitting established lieutenant governor. Hilarious.

Hey, joad I like your style. Mitch McConnell reminds me of a cross between tapioca pudding and cottage cheese. And Susan Collins has always reminded me of one deck short of a full house.
Say, how did you get out of a book?
I think i have a nick name for McConnell. Itch McConnell( - the m!!)

Yes, I agree. I think he pretty much calculated to get a bite and did. Love it.

I believe you’re discounting Governor Perry who although he did poorly first time around will be much more impressive if he chooses to run. He was a tremendous success bringing business and jobs to Texas. Personally I believe he and Cruz would be a great combo. That’s just me.
 April 25, 2015 at 4:46pm
That’s too funny. “Everybody” in Texas said he wouldn’t be senator.
That is a problem with all the bad apples, Repub, Democrap and Indy's getting re-elected at each cycle. All bought and paid for. The way I see it, if we can not break the money train, we can not get our country back.
 April 25, 2015 at 4:41pm
It does appear that way but I believe Senator Cruz defied Senator Cornyn first which I like but John Cornyn’s job is to whip up the votes and keep order. He’s just lashing back.
He knows Senator Cruz is Texas favorite son and he isn’t. Obviously he will not support Cruz for president conclusion being he has someone else in mind. I wonder who.
I am glad that Ted Cruz did what he did on the Lynch vote!! For one thing, he educated citizens who are not aware of how votes in the Senate work, and for another, he exposed John Cornyn’s typical operational tactic…..which I have seen him use over and over again!! Cornyn nearly always votes ‘yes’ on cloture, no on the final vote, then sends out a report to his constituents about how he voted ‘no’ ‘because he is just like us, doncha know!!! I watched Cornyn do that on amnesty, Obamacare and now Lynch!! Cornyn is mad because Ted Cruz exposed him for what he is!!!
Well, plus the fact that Cornyn is a RINO explains a lot too! While perhaps not on the scale of Boehner or McCain, he's what could be called a rookie in training. He just displayed that by attacking someone in his own party, a notable trait of RINOs everywhere.
RINO Corny & comrades want Lynch in. They have to pull in some more of that corrupt laundered money...

Okay then. Read the other comments and that’s the brown shirt attitude calling itself conservative. “She’s one of us”. Good Lord, what a pack of idiots. Us?
@Bigun Obviously you don’t read the comment section often or you are willingly blind to your own comment which says skin color has absolutely nothing to do with it yet the next sentence verifies it does.
Back to my book reading, gotta go. Nighty night.

No, they hate gay people as well and might I add old people are not popular when thinking independently (das me), are identified as trolls or liberals. It takes courage for a young person as she to stand her ground. Good for her.

I found nothing wrong with the question; nor the reply.

@Ytownsports Yes, I agree with you. I absolutely love it when I hear true appreciation and love of this country. I met a lady just yesterday who came here from another country and became an American as well.
She mentioned the word legally so I asked her how she feels about what is happening now to which she replied that she is disappointed in the America of today compared to the year 1967 when she came here; There was no lengthy conversation but I was just happy to meet someone who wanted to be a citizen coming from Slovakia loving this country who understands what is happening more than many of our citizens born here who do not or do not care. .
A lot of natural born citizens are like a modern day Esau... who sold his birthright for a bowl of soup.

Thank you to the vet and all our veterans. Yep, someone should explain to the American people John Kerry and all the liberal yahoos of the day are the same liberals recreated in suits and ties in charge of what passes for our government.
And just a reminder and Mark Levin mentioned it yesterday “Earth Day” thought up in those days by Ira Einhorn activist and now known as contributing to society by murdering his girlfriend of the time leaving her in a trunk and now residing in prison as befits his garbage dump earth day druggie mind.

Good one, Shepard. Children playing in di-screte good quip.
Good article. A dispute about the meaning of a word. Cool. But I think the more important issue is that the US has sent a host of warships to the Yemen coast to stop Iranian vessels from delivery weapons to the Iranian supported Sunni rebels there.
I think we've lost sight of the real issue here..
Not if you listen to this administration's talking heads. They say it's to protect shipping. Typical liberals, they can't ever keep their lies straight!
Immediately thought of the commercial with Charles Barkley saying that he had arrived "in dee annapolis."
You know how bad and/or unbelievable things have got when even Shep is calling out members of the regime.
