  Bernbart – Actually there is no mention of separation of church and state in the constitution. There was no intention by our founding fathers to have a separation of church and state. The government is not allowed to ENDORSE or to give privileges to a specific religion.

  I cannot say for certain why she was charged, but I can tell you how it can happen: When you give birth the hospital will check the bloodstream of the newborn. If there are any drugs found in the baby’s system, they will take the child and charge the mother with child abuse or neglect.

  They should cap the salary of all lawmakers to be equal to an average salary for the constituents in the district they represent. The offices were never intended to be a career.

  @ naughtycal Not filing wont matter. The money is kept out of every paycheck you recieve. We file our taxes to merely ‘balance the books’. The government already has our money. That is why we receive a ‘refund’ if we ‘overpaid’. …. Now, we could impact their revenue if we all agree to file as ‘exempt’ status, then write the check to mail in on April 15th for the amount we owe in taxes. We would make them wait for their paycheck instead of us waiting for a refund.

  Am I the only one that finds it a little convenient that a person who wishes to remain anonymous finds a script he cannot read, sends it off to be translated to someone who already has written books on the Gospel of Mary and the Gospel of Judas? Purely a random choice for a translator no doubt. Im sure she was the first one listed in the yellow pages. How did he know to send it to her (instead of someone who might be a little skeptical) without knowing what was on the parchment? And just happened to be an expert in her field. Methinks someone is being played.
