@TXANNIE: I agree with you completely. Mr. Ryan it doesn’t seem has any Conservative convictions. He’s just a politician. I’ve long argued that the strongest Conservative with big name appeal [enough to run for President] is Governor Walker. I’ve discussed this with a friend who thought for some reason Paul Ryan was a stronger Conservative. How? Ryan voted for Obama’s fiscal cliff, and tried to tell us why it’s good for us, now, he’s pro- “Gay” Adoption? Ryan may’ve been able to shmooze his way out of justifying support for SSM, and still claimed to be a Conservative. However, any Conservative knows the two biggest issues for being considered a Conservative are Abortion [baby murder] and “Gay” Adoption. You’re sending a child into a life of depravity and indoctrination. At least in ssm, there’s a possibility kids will not be influenced as much. However, in “gay” marriage there is no chance. In fact, California recently had to actually create a law saying that children under 18 can no longer get sex changes. Why? Because there were dozens of children in same-sex relationship homes either having sex changes, or considering them.

It was nice knowing you, Paul Ryan. You lost your Fiscal Conservative credentials when you voted for Obama’s ‘Fiscal Cliff’ deal, and now your Social Conservative credentials are gone with this.

The victims obviously knew the assailant. He was gunning for one, if not all in the group. This was no robbery, it was a hit. If the cops want to know who the punk firing the gun is, ask the punk kids inside the store. They know who he is, in fact, they might’ve been hiding in the store knowing he was in pursuit. This was likely some territorial dispute.

And yes, I am glad that no one was killed. My only point is that the “victims” had some sort of interactions with the suspect prior to the shooting. They knew what was coming, and immediately tried to hold the door.

@HarryPotter (hmm, if you really do live the hom osexual sin as you imply, that’s quite the troubling screenname).

You said, “What ‘sound reasoning’ is there to deny a loving couple the right to marry?”

1). The definition of marriage is between a Man & a Woman for purposes of procreation. There is no other definition for Marriage. Make up your own new age synonym(s) of words that mean something similar, or the same to Marriage. God made the word marriage, and gave it its meaning. New Agers steal everything from the Bible, and repackage it as their own. So, do the same with marriage, but just understand that same sex people living in lust (not love) can never be married.

2). As stated above, you can’t redefine a word that was already defined by God. It would be like trying to call a Man a Woman, or a Woman a Man. So, to expand on the above point of redefining Gods definitions or creations, just as there’s no such things as SSM, there’s no such thing as Transgender. Notice how in these transgender cases the vast majority are perverted males? Maybe, that’s where you want to start looking to understand the phenomenon of people thinking they’re a different gender than what they were born.

Not a fan of Jimmy Kimmel. I guess I don’t get his humor. Plus, he dates Jesus-Hater Sarah Silverman. I’d rather not support either. I know a lot of hunters like Duck Dynasty. Even though they look a little scraggly, knowing that avid sportsman like them is good enough for me.

Morrisey is a typical Leftist Socialist. I looked him up for the first, and last time ever on wiki. He’s always trying to push his scrawny little weightless self around. He’s called for the death of both Margaret Thatcher and GW. He’s also tried to move he’s creepy little fan base to support Kerry, and Obama.

Anyway, though I don’t like Kimmel and don’t follow Duck Dynasty, they did a pretty good skit against Morrisey last night. See:

@HOBBS57: “Yeah Soy, call Romney a progressive, then tell me what progressive ideals he prescribed too ?” It’s obvious from the remarks you’re making about Sarah Palin, that you’re not a Conservative. You’re likely some Leftist insurgent spreading your toxic rhetoric to try and discredit a True Patriotic Conservative, such as Mrs. Palin.

So, you want to know all the places that Mitt (who as a Conservative I could not vote for either) is a Progressive, or just the most recent ones?

    Mitt “Global Warming” Romney:

    Mitt “Gay Marriage Guru” Romney:

So yeah, Mitt was, is, and always will be a Progressive. I can cite many articles showing he was in no shape or form a Conservative. Romney would have a better shot winning the Presidency if he just became a DemoNcrat, like you, Hobbs.

@BROTHER WINSTON SMITH: Get your own party, Freaky Paulbot, and quit sucking off the teet of the Republicans. You’re NOT Conservative. Libertarians are Socially Leftist (support for prostitution, drugs, “gay” marriage, etc).

Quit using the Republican parties money to try and win seats. If your ideology is so great, you’d be able to stand on your own two high heels, er, feet by now.

Are you also missing what the caption reads? He pulled a gun on a Turkish official, Ahmed Dogan.

The “militants” are likely on Ahmed’s team. How would you feel if the Turkish muslims were gaining political power in your country? I don’t trust either side here. Ahmed is likely using stealth jihad tactics, and the guy who pulled the gun is probably some racist opponent.

Europe is known for having both a problem with both muslims and skinheads. Especially, Bulgaria. There are over 450k+ Turks in Bulgaria. The population of muslims is nearly 10% of their country now. Ever heard of something called the Ottoman Empire? I wouldn’t feel too comfortable either if the Turks were regaining a foothold. Again, what the guy did w/the gun was deplorable. Just saying I wouldn’t trust either side in this story. There’s no Good guys, only bad guys.

Not good odds for her salvation. If she was truly saved, Jesus would’ve filled any voids she felt in life. First thought was Presbyterian Church’s are part of the “homosexual sin” controversy lately. Maybe, something within her family unit was amiss? Could she not have wanted to leave her husband after discovering something? Wish her well and forgiveness in the afterlife. Once saved, always saved is all anyone can hope for her now.

@Rayblue: Just happened by again as I am a reader of the Blaze. Assuming you’re referring to me? I wouldn’t call my comments Terse or picky. But, sounds like an elitist such as yourself is really in the “no,” don’t you “no?” If you appreciate 7th or 8th grade caliber English that seems to say something about you, not I. Are you taking offense to a polite comment because you’re one of the writers in question? Pretty sure I was simply being open, honest, and prefacing the constructive criticism with comments indicating I didn’t want to come off as rude. Sober up, it’s a work day tomorrow and learn how to interpret statements my friend.

Happy New Year once again, little Brother!

@John: Thanks. I am quite familiar with how the marketing of websites goes, how e-commerce works, and what an Alexa Ranking is. I used to work as an e-commerce broker / Affiliate manager for a web based publishing company. There’s no way anyone can prove that heading an article “EPIC” creates more traffic. If Blaze is paying Pay-per-click to use such words I would be flabbergasted. I really don’t think we as Conservatives search news stories with EPIC, et al fad terms in the title. Then, to have a story with a picture only that says, “what until you see what such and such said” w/o giving a hint to the story is completely off-putting. In fact, I’m pretty sure most of us would avoid such stories for the most part.

Also, that doesn’t really explain away the “just out of college” / “ADHD” writing skills I noted. Reading articles from time to time that look as if a forgetful stoner wrote dull the senses. Personally, I like to read current news that have me thinking, instead of requiring me to constantly decipher “thi” into “this” etc.

I’m sure I’m not the only one here who thinks like this. I also can easily discern who the RINO’s, flaming Leftist’s, and muslims-in-disguise are. But, thanks once again.

    Happy New Year all!

I just scanned the story and thought it would be an opportune time to make a few formal request’s regarding constructive criticism. Can the Blaze writers quit using childish pulp culture verbiage in their stories as well? Some stories are really substantive as a Conservative, that’s why I take the time to scan the headlines. However, the writers here say ignorant words like, “EPIC” far too often. The word has lost its meaning (if it ever had one). There no longer is such as thing as EPIC, so please lose the word. Also, could writers please explain stories better instead of saying, “what happens when” or “see what happens.” Our time is valuable if only for our own sanity. When you’re not explaining a story it’s tediously unnecessary to open up headlines just to see what the story is about. Lastly, please utilize spell check (or hire some sort of quality control personnel). You have adult Conservatives as a reader base and it makes everyone look bad when nearly every story has grammatical errors, misspellings, and typos.

Not saying this in a rude way. Just making a reasonable request that I think many Conservative readers here would agree on. Thank you!

The last line about yelling “stop” was literally a laugh out loud.

  • December 19, 2012 at 9:01pm

I, too, hope the plaintiffs win this case. The cops totally had/have the “god complex” and think they can get away with anything. They had no right to search in the manner they did. They didn’t even have the right to search the car. Who cares if the deputy’s sense of smell if faulty. Totally unconstitutional.

You’re right that it was unnecessary, however, it was impressive and something he likely wanted to show just once in his career. Now, the coaching staff and owner can discuss the risks, and may even fine him, or at least warn him never to do that again. Nothing bad happened, and Newton is not your responsibility to tell what risks he can/cannot take.

@BROTHER WINSTON SMITH: You’re a racist, satanic, Idol worshiper. TRUE Christian Conservatives understand what Allen West represents. We view him in much higher regard than your Idol Ron Paul.

  • December 7, 2012 at 9:31pm

@BROTHER WINSTON SMITH: Allen West is a Christian Conservative Patriot. I have always viewed you PaulTARDS as even worse than Obamites. You’re (for the most part) godless, racist, antagonistic, anarchistic, and divisive isolationist’s. You’ll sacrifice the Republic and every Patriot in it if things don’t go your way (exemplifying your racist tendencies).

Ron Paul is DEAD to politics. Quit being Idol worshipers.

By Law, the items are yours to keep. The consumer didn’t order them, and they were sent to his/her residence so they’re able to keep them anyway. Obviously, Best Buy and Apple have such “mistakes” added into the cost of the merchandise. I do think giving several as gifts to those you think could benefit from them would be good. Selling them would be immoral (in my world view).

Well, I’m a FLAMING LIBERAL and am very concerned! I’m concerned that anybody these days can claim anything, and think people are supposed to take it as Truth. Just because someone says, “I’m a Conservative and See Nothing Wrong Here” doesn’t mean we’re supposed to believe you’re Conservative.

Also, I’m offended that people are claiming to be Conservative and saying. “Ellen Is What a Gay Should Be Like.” First off, there is no such thing as “gay.” Sexuality is a choice. There is no “gay gene.”

I will agree, this commercial does seem tame compared to others in the past. However, I’m pretty sure OMM is simply trying to keep the focus on JC Penny’s “pro-SSM” agenda. JC Penny is one of the biggest supporters of SSM amendments around the US. How soon we forget the “My Two Dad’s” ad’s for Fathers Day earlier this year:

s/n: I’m not really a Flaming Liberal, I just claim to be on when I feel it can benefit my point.

I live in Minnesota. About 8-10 years ago I was commuting by bus everywhere. I my route from St. Paul to Minnetonka would take me thru downtown Minneapolis. I can’t tell you how many times I had a “homeless” person come up to me and ask me for money. Well, let me rephrase, some would ask and some would say “give me a dollar.” One time, a vagrant came approached me right around Christmas time shivering, saying he needed money for a jacket. I just had received a Christmas bonus from work which was a gift card for target worth $50. I gave the person the gift card and he looked at me like I was crazy. He eventually walked away after I looked at him a little confused as well. Low and behold, I went inside an entrance to a mall (to warm up) and on the floor was a jacket. That was the spot the gentleman first came from.

I’m not saying that this happens all the time, or all homeless people are going to use the money for frivolous items (like cigarettes, drugs, or alcohol), I’m just saying some of my experiences. I don’t give handouts to individuals, I give to organizations that are held accountable.

I agree with everything you said. The “artist” was a typical Leftist Liar. He was the epitome of a DemoNcrat. Everything he said was a lie. I don’t even know if I’d call what he was doing playing coy. He was just out right lying. I’m fine with having a civil conversation with someone of his ilk. But, at least call him out. The Trayvon painting showed the painters deep-seeded racist motivations. I have not stake in what happens one way or another to George Zimmerman. However, all the people calling for his arrest don’t seem to know the law. Umm, it’s “innocent UNTIL proven guilty.” Sure, question him, but saying he needed to be arrested is just giving credence that to the Loons who automatically think it was racially motivated.

I thought everything the “artist” said was a lie. I will not watch another clip from any site promoting similar stories when we already can see their motivation(s).
