  • Unemployment Benefits Take Another Dip

    May 9, 2013 at 12:26pm

    In reply to VoiceoftheMajority.

    Sheriff.

The stock market is a lie. Now, that being said, it is up. It is at an all time high. Investors are making bank. But it is a lie. Money printing is the driver. Pure and simple. If someone kept pumping you thousands of dollars a month, what would you do?

    Time to play the game.

  • You see, the trouble with libs is that they don’t understand economics. They only understand what they are told. If they are told murdering and covering up what happened on Sept 11th 2012 is ok, then they will believe it. In the case of economics, this is the same. If they are told unemployment is down, they will nod their head and move along, never wanting to dig down and find out why it’s down.

And libs, don’t say that I would defend a republican if the numbers were in their favor. You can stick that argument right back in your pie hole.

  • I cannot believe he was re-elected. I just cannot, and yet, people clap for this axxclown. I am really sad America chose him over a successful businessman when we needed a successful businessman to run the Nation. Good grief.

  • RNM,

U sir, are a classic example of low information. On the surface, it is nice. Stock is up, unemployment is lower, and jobs are being created.

    Here are some facts, chief:

    1. Market higher – Ha, The Fed is pumping 85 bill into the market. Per month. Seriously man, can you tell me what you would do if someone said, go ahead and bet…oh and guess what, we will pad your account. What would you do?

    2. Unemployment is lower – This is a good one. You folks on the left are so sold on this. Labor participation rate. Baby boomers are leaving, but not for retirement. They lost there jobs in 2008-2010 and haven’t found adequate employment or they have found part time employment. Some are just holding out for SS, others went to disability, and sadly, some had to turn to food stamps. Game has changed, and now your folks want to say Mr. Obama is the reason for lower unemployment. Open your eyes man, the facts are there. I know this is true, because I have seen it with my own folks and inlaws.

Jobs created – No Net New Jobs. If anything, there are more BS part time jobs, which funny, count as employment per the unemployment rate. As Obamacare builds, u will see more companies go to part time rolls to shield themselves from paying outrageous insurance rates and \ or fees. Look it up, champ. You will have to look at what’s real instead of what you want to hear or what u are told to hear.

I want the economy to approve. Heck yeah. But let’s do it right, man.

  • Steve,

What’s the name of your company?… love to look up your growth. I may invest, since you are hanging and banging…yet while growth is slow everywhere else…well, except North Dakota where private firms are banking oil on private property…NOT gov property.

Hire, hire, hire…people could use your supernatural growth to feed their families…you uber capitalist you.

  • Hey, don’t forget Obamacare’s author even called it a trainwreck as he left his post.

That’s like Benchley saying Jaws was a horrible book.

    Steve…still a troll.

  • Stevetherealist,

    LMAO.

    Regards,

  • Snow,

Bud, at this point, your guess is as good as mine. Its like beating a dead horse in my opinion, and we are the horse.

Steve…if you read this, your still a troll. Go hire some folks. Help out the economy.

  • Steve,

U are absolute NOT a realist…LOL. Three words: Labor Participation Rate.

No argument can be made. If you drop out of looking, you are no longer counted. Same for those that opt for SS, disability, and welfare. I know two gentlemen, well skilled who left the market and are holding out for SS, which they will get in a few months respectfully. Hardworkers, Steve.

Many, may people have dropped out. Simple math, bro.

Please don’t run for office, we have enuff tools up there now.

  • Steve,

Sometimes, just sometimes, there are factors outside of a person’s control. While I commend you on being a hard worker, sometimes you have to consider other factors.

For instance, have u ever asked, why is and has unemployment hovered around 8% for over 4years now?… Did ”hardworkers” just disappear?… No. The environment has changed. This is the new economy, and sadly, people are hard pressed to find those well or same paying jobs as before.

Moreover, u speak of working 66 hours and owning ur own business. Why don’t you help out this economy and hire some folks to help you with your business…you wouldn’t have to work 66 hour plus weeks. In other words, put ur money where ur mouth is. Hire!! And if you won’t, why not!?

There are no less hardworkers today, there is just less opportunity for them. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. Don’t take my word for it, do the research yourself.
