So you buy in to all the story twisting and spinning of the MSM, eh? Welcome to delusion folks.

Ok, hold on a sec so I can get my bible out…want to make sure we can exchange versus all night…..
Seriously… Let’s be honest. Did Glenn say, fast so Cruz will be our nominee?… In the literal sense, did he say it that way?….
Secondly, yes, God’s will is God’s will. But you pose it as why even pray?… For that matter, why even worship?… I mean, why would I worship a God who didn’t like to hear from me at all?…
Look, God is loving. He blesses us daily. He wants us to come to Him to ask for things as well as to honor Him.
We CAN pray for things, it just means we won’t always get what we pray for……..but you know what?…. Sometimes, we do. ;)

Ok, so, let me get this straight…. Per your comments, there may or may not be a God, which suggest you do not believe or acknowledge there is a God; yet you assume that God may care more about one thing versus another. So, if you aren’t sure there is a God, how can you be sure God thinks one way or another?… I mean, maybe God just likes sports. Maybe he has a vested interest in unicorns. Or maybe, he is into action figures!
Point being, God is God. His will is His will. All we can do is pray and ask that His will be done. I, nor many other Christians, attempt to know or explain God’s decisions. Why?… Because we can’t. No one can.

At least it’s not a fat joke. Nicely done, sir.
 February 22, 2016 at 12:10am
Hey Tall, I assume Beck will understand and recognize it as God’s will.
But, hear me out for a sec, what about Obama. People have been crying for a conservative hero to replace him. What if Obama was the setup for something better, more in line with God’s vision?… And what if, just what if, theae so called conservatives end up going with Trump, a non-conservative?… Would it be like wandering through the desert looking for the promised land only to lower yourself to settling for a false god?… Point being, God is the author. His will be done. We can pray and ask for it, but if we don’t live in it, well, his will be done is all I can say.
It is so funny to me reading about people that believe in a sky fairy.

Sarcasm like this is angers ugly ally.

Ha, fat joke. Funny.
Hey, let me ask you…. Are you the picture of perfection?….

Yuk yuk yuk. Next?…

Wow. Unbelievable. 660+ comments today and a majority of them are fat jokes about Glenn. I’ve chimed in several times today, but I just can’t take it anymore. If the most substantive argument you have is a fat joke, then we really are up craps creek in a chicken wire canoe with no paddle. Moreover, some of the true conservatives on here are standing up, as they know exactly what Beck meant when he said what he said. Others on here know what he said but chose to take the easier road and not stand by it. And then many on here, who call themselves conservatives, just pound and mis-shape what he said to make it sound nutty. I stand by what Glenn said because there is nothing wrong with it. He is asking us to pray and fast for wisdom regarding the future of our Country. What’s so nutty about that!?… Even if you aren’t a Christian, you should be able to respect that. Beck is a conservative who has remained solidly in place as a conservative, if anything doubling down when everyone else began to weaken. He, like most true conservatives, believe that God was and still is a part of this Country. And as we’ve seen today, God is being mocked. Therefore, I’m going to ask conservatives to quit whining about how you think Beck is hurting Cruz and start doing something to help. In no way is Beck hurting Cruz. What’s hurting Cruz is conservatives not being conservative and fighting back! BB and Drudge are no longer conservative. As conservatives, we need to man up! Do NOT let them win!
Fasting and prayer are not to be made into a sideshow, and that's what Glenn is doing. He doesn't know how to handle fasting and prayer because he is unregenerate.
I believe Glenn has said Trump is a clown or someone on his staff has said it, but look what Glenn is doing. He is now the clown in his own sideshow, not a circus. If he wants to broadcast how pious he thinks he is with his pretense of fasting, he can sure do it. It's his show, but he knows not what he's talking about.
Once again I say this: NO PRAYER IS NEEDED TO ASK ALMIGHTY GOD TO DO HIS WILL. HIS WILL IS ALWAYS DONE. WHY WOULD GLENN ASK FOR PEOPLE TO PRAY THAT OUR WILL LINES UP WITH GOD'S WILL? DOES IT MATTER?
No, it does not matter whether what we want is in line with what God has planned. Human beings are to humble themselves and sit back and accept whatever God chooses to do. If a person thinks he or she can change the mind of God, you are mistaken. It is the human being who must change his thinking and realize he is less than a speck in the universe.
In the Book of Romans,"But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?” Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use? (9:20-22)
Glenn needs to do his show as he used to with humor and entertainment. He's not a prophet.
Seriously, when did the Blaze get infiltrated by all the hateful trolls? Real conservatives support and would die for someone's right to worship God or to not worship, should they choose. Real conservatives would respect someone's choice without throwing stones. Real conservatives cannot be persuaded by anger, hate, ridicule, negativity, etc. Real conservatives are repelled by those antics. It strengthens our resolve! Real conservatives know that nothing good can come from hate and intolerance. Be kind. Be the better person. Do NOT compromise your values and principles.

With all due respect, psadie (and others like you), what the hell is wrong with you!?… Seriously?… You cry and grumble over this. How about standing behind conservatism and telling those that mock to stick it! This attitude of yours is why BB and Drudge get away with pushing Christians and conservatives around. I’m not defending Glenn, but all he has done is ask other to join in and fast and pray for God’d will to be done. If His will is Cruz, great. If not, He knows better. All in all, conservatives better start manning up or we’ll all be kissing the man’s boot someday. Tired of this whining. Man up and defend the principles or go stick your head in the sand!

Interesting. Beckforpresident2016, and yet so angry with him. If you believe that strongly in Beck, then you would 100% understand that he knows how ticked the country is. I listen to his show. He gets it. But he also knows that in order to fix what’s wrong, we need to get back to what’s right. Trump is not the answer. Someone who calls you names of you disagree with them is not the answer. A flip flipper is not the answer. Pride, ego, and jealously are not the answer. I will suggest to you that we the people can do a tad bit better than The Donald.
Look, Trump is a successful businessman. He is no idiot. I have respect for what he’s accomplished. But these times call for true, conservative leadership. Which is exactly what we all have been calling for.

I do not believe anyone here is questioning your salvation, but rather are you truly a conservative or not? (That’s general, not directed at you)
That being said, I’ve actually never been to a GB rally.

It’s Glenn, bro. Glenn, with two n’s. Just sayin’
[-1] February 21, 2016 at 10:02pm
Congratulations!!!! You’re our 100th “Glenn’s gotten fatter” joke of the day! You’ve won a free Donald J Trump bobble head!!
 February 21, 2016 at 9:59pm
I while I will not say Donald isn’t a Christian, I will say that he isn’t a constitutional conservative. There’s no record or proven opinion. Sorry folks, he’s just not.
Because Glenn is reinforcing the idea that Cruz is the "most Christian" candidate. It's making it about religion, not policy.
Cruz does well with voters who want a candidate who shares their values. But he doesn't win with voters who consider the economy, immigration, defense, foreign trade, or the deficit to be their top priority.
Among people who aren't fans, Glenn has a reputation of being on the more extreme fringe of the Christian right. Stories like this help to build the idea that Cruz is a fringe candidate with no real policy ideas, playing on people's religious beliefs.
Think about it this way. How will this look to someone who doesn't read The Blaze? Someone who didn't follow Glenn after he left Fox, or even CNN? Someone who only hears about Glenn when he's mentioned in the MSM?

Well said. And thank you as well. At the end of the day, Trump gets votes because he’s well known, famous, and says things that do make some sense. Problem is, there isn’t anything behind what he says. The face value is all we get. Substance is lacking here, folks. Please wake up!!
