This article is wrong. There is no search provision in the bill. It is definitely an assault weapons ban of anything semi-automatic and over 10 rounds. I’m not seeing the search provision though. Read the bill. It might have been in there before but it’s not now. Either way the bill is unconstitutional, but rather than breaking the 2nd and 4th.. It appears to only be going against the 2nd.

This article is wrong. It is definitely an assault weapons ban. It however doesn’t say anything about searches every year. If it did, it doesn’t no more. Read the bill. Other than that, I strongly oppose the bill.

So let me get this straight.. “If it was a defensive measure, why did we lose 55 officers nationwide last year to gun violence?” Why does the opposing team loose in sports games? They play excellent defense… but… why?!?

If you honestly believe the leading cause of nearly every age category is firearms then apparently you’ve never heard of diabetes, cancer, automobile accidents, heart disease, AIDS/HIV, etc. How society lets you spread such filth is beyond me.

This goes to show you we need to look over our car control laws in America. Clearly they are too relaxed and allow your average citizen to purchase an automatic 5 speed vehicle capable of killing another human being. Where is Bob Costas?!?!
